You and your party stop suddenly as a sad, low melody hits your ears. You draw your weapons and approach cautiously... You enter a clearing in the forest. All that's here is a boulder, with an old bassist sitting on it, strumming his sad song. He looks to your party, looks back down at his instrument, then speaks. "I know who you are, Maestro. I know what you seek on this path. I can only wish you luck, but before you venture further into his domain, please, sit awhile and listen to his tale." You decide to listen to the old musician as he recounts a tale known all too well amongst the Strings. It sounds heroic and brave, but sad and foreboding. It's a new tune to your ears, but a pit wells in your stomach. It's as if you already know how this story ends...
This is the tale of an Emperor, A Fencer, A Maestro and The Abyss. Long ago there was a great empire that existed before the kingdom of brass it was called Viole, it had stood proud for over a thousand years ruling over a prominent part of the old world till one day, the scourge of corruption flooded from the abyssal realm and plagued the lands plunging the world into darkness bringing forth a collapse. The Grand Maestro of the time, Emperor Lin Viole XIV the fencing Maestro duty bound to protect his people he took it upon himself to save them from the oncoming corruption and seal the abyss. When he was on the battlefield with his Violin and Rapier in hand the entire battlefield nay the entire world had befallen to his melody it was as if an entire Orchestra with his Violin as the lead was playing a heavenly but ferocious tune and was conquering the hearts and mind of any who would dare listen to it by boosting the morale of his allies well striking fear into the corrupted creatures he tore through like an unyielding storm. After countless battles against the creatures of corruption he had finally drove them back to the abyss, but when he reached, there the ancient abyssal Dragon emerged from the abyss to fight and Unfortunately, That was the Great Maestro's final moments. As when he Fell the beast he was greatly weakened and heavily injured to both heal himself and to seal the abyss so as to stand tall to his duty as Maestro and as emperor he played his final Encore and sacrificed himself to seal the abyss before the Abyssal Dragon could have a chance to revive itself. After that the Great Maestro was enshrined there as to both monument his sacrifice to protect the world and as a warning to the creatures of evil who would dare fight against a Great Maestro. If you would of went to that shire you would of heard the melody of the Great fencing maestro but alas it is all for naught as it seems with the help of the corrupted Tuba king The abyssal Dragon has torn a hole through the seal although small and temporary it was enough for the abyss to take hold of the great maestro's body and play a twisted version of his melody to plunge this broken world even more into corruption.

"You've come to save me? That's cute, but I am afraid I am not the one who needs saving here. My time was long ago, and this is merely my last, great crescendo. Please, take a seat by the grass. Don't worry, you're not the one in danger. I'm not irresponsible, just desperate. Nothing I call this night will get passed the barrier. "Tell me, do you hear the music too? Do you hear it rising, breaking, growing? Closer and closer, with each breath, every second passed, it grows more. I used to think it was like an ocean, so deep and powerful, that I could call it, draw on it. But now... now I see the truth. "it IS an ocean. Deep and crushing and cold, and oh so dark. Can you hear it? Can you feel it? In your bones, in your mind, like fire in your very soul? If you can, you're the first person I've ever met who could. Other than myself, I mean. "If you do see....if you do understand... I'll consider it a blessing if you pass on my story. You see, I never wanted this end. I never wanted to die alone in some forest, my music twisted and corrupted, made into something I'm not. I wanted to be a hero, to bring joy, to fight the good fight.... "And I will. I swear it. This night, it ends. All the horror, the destruction, the killing. Do you see it now, the darkness I have called with my music? Do you feel the weight, the crushing cold of the depths on your soul? It's reaching, it's coming, extending its hooks, dragging itself closer and closer. Beat by beat, it's coming. And I...I am the one who has called it. "Don't fear. Don 't panic. I have control. I do have control. For now. For long enough. Though, I can feel it scratching...scratching at my mind... I'm still myself. I'm still me. Not for long, but for long enough. "Do you feel the power of the ocean? So vast, so ancient, so deep you could lose yourself if you tried to tap even a tenth of it. But I'll do it. I'll plunge into the very depths, shedding myself, until everything I was is gone. Until I'm dead or worse. I've called the storm, you see. I've played in the thunder, and there is now no end other than the one I am prepared for. "This night, I die. I'll open myself to that dark ocean, and let it flood into my very soul, let it twist my very being, let it make a mockery of who I am." "Why? Because, dear friend, in the brief time I have before it does so, I am going to hold its power. And I have a tyrant to tear limb from limb. Consider it a parting gift." "......." "But after that.... well, I'm gonna need you to do something for me, old friend. I'm going to need you to make sure I don't hurt anyone else. "I think we both know what I mean by that."
The lone fencer makes his final stand against the tuba legion. He is tired and can taste the blood brass in his mouth, yet he stands defiantly. Maybe just maybe if he holds the king off long enough his friend might just become the Maestro he was meant to be.
"But as we all know the legend, it didn't end happily, many still believe he is out there, fighting against the brass, but others, who have seen the truth, know, the monster that he has been turned into, please adventurer, if you come across him, please, free him of his misery"
Flute knight the II:i promise nothing old warrior but ill do my best although fighting the brass again......i...... Never mind i will be going now thank you for the meal I wish you the best of luck.
How cool would it be to see him trying to stand against King Tuba II in a minibattle that ends with him defeated, showing just how he was acknowledged by the King for his strength, speed, and precision, making a prime target for the King to corrupt him against his people.
What I love about a flashback is that you know how the story ends. It gets emotional real quick, knowing the futility but being unable to save the character.

My power is already far too ingrained in Orchestria for you alone to stop me." "You really think yourself invincible? I hope the New Maestro-" "That foolish nobody?! And on the day of his defeat, he stood defiant in the face of overwhelming odds. "This shall be my final dance" he says to the crowd. "So...now I ask thee..." "SING YOUR FINAL SONGS!"

And we see this hero, fighting against the darkness of the armies of Brass sent forth by the Mad King Tuba II. Long ago his memories gone, yet still he hears the Cacophony of War. And he comes for you, Maestro.
as a child the young boy loved music he would perform and play for what felt like hours and days many townsfolk would gather and hear what he had to show his strings and notes flied by his passion he always dreamed of making a song that would bee heard by everyone but his dream would soon become unreachable as the tuba legion attacked trying to stamp out all music that wasn't tuba the young man raised his bow which had been grafted into a sword he performed with all his might and cast a tune directly at the tuba king the force of his soul toppled the king an rallied an army of violins to attack but it was all for naught as a blast of corrupting tune washed over thee fiddler however this is not where his story ends though the man may no longer remember who he is HE is the one who sparked the rebellion HE is the one who inspired leigons AND HE is the reason why the tuba army would fall he may yet be saved but for now remember him and listen for his sad tune on the wind let it be the battle cry of which they die.
"the royal fencing violinist, such a tragedy what happened to him, I guess, in the end, he was just another poor bastard to see the same fate that many other saw, just remember what I say [player_name], do not fear the abyss, do not fight against the abyss, do no look into the abyss, but become the abyss itself, for the only way to defeat this evil, is to use the powers it has against itself, just don't lose yourself doing so, welp, see you around" *Dissapears into thin air, only to appear during a flashback cutscene after defeating a corrupt boss, telling their tales before they became corrupt and forgotten*
This event can only be triggered on your second playthrough onward. The the last time you're supposed to leave the castle, go left and down the stairs into the ballroom where the royal entertainers are practicing. The corruption is already seeping into the corners of the room, but it seems only you can see it. Only you, and the violinist, who stares at you with a mixture of confusion, fear, and hostility. He doesn't know why he wants to kill you. Only that you've already killed him before, and you're going to again.
You know you found a good song, when you hear it for the first time and already move your head absolutely flawless with the Rythm. Absolutely wonderful job. I applaud thee, Maestro.
Before them stood their foe, triumphant, ready to become the conductor of this world. Ready to force everyone to bend the knee and perfectly obey each command. The party laid before him, broken and wounded after their capture an the hands of brass army. Only the brave violinist could stand now. He had joined the group to ensure his fiance would have a chance to start their family and enjoy the world with him. Now he knew that he would never have that chance. He ironed his resolve and turned to the rest of the part, his dark dreams had told him what he needed to do... and what he would become after he had do so. "This shall be my final symphony, I give myself to corruption. I will fill my veins with its horrible malice that will never let us cease our dance of strings. After I do so I have only one favor to of you dear maestro, tell them of my and my sacrifice." He gave his companions a sad smile, they returned tearstained looks of grief. In giving himself to the madness he would save his friends, save the world and keep Delilah from the horror the monster before him would bestow. He would gladly damn himself for her. With a broken hand he gripped his bow, and with the other the set his instrument to his shoulder. With that he opened the floodgate in his mind and let the living inspiration seize him. His last though was one that not even the infinite maddening power of inspiration could touch, "End This."
As you lay the Corrupted Fencer to eternal rest, you feel an attraction and touch down into his dream. A land forsaken is turned into calm forests, and a lonely violonist stands atop a rock, gazing toward the void. As you approach him, he turns his head. "Unusual to see anybody here, what led you unto these distant lands?" If only you could tell him...
"My kingdom, played far too long for your gain King Tuba" "We have cowered just as I have in darkness, waiting until it is our turn to be purged. But tonight is when the strings snap!" "We die valiantly, though we lived in ignorance"
He stands amidst the bodies, both friend and foe and begins to play again, blood running from his mouth, his legs barely able to function, his arms screaming to rest but his eyes are glued to the scene before him defiance in his eyes as he spits more blood from his tongue and proclaims "I WILL NOT DIE ON MY KNEES AS YOU WISH! I WILL DIE ON MY FEET! YOU WILL NEVER SEE ME YIELD!" The melody reigniting his burning heart as he plays what will be his final song, he knows he will die here but if it means giving them enough time to prepare, to hide his young charge, then it was worth the sacrifice. His mind recounts the events leading to this moment, the trials, the triumphs, the concerts, the conflict but what his final thoughts linger on isn't anything of his life but of that of his charge, his pupil, the one he cherished like a son. As the last of his life left his broken form, one final thought entered his mind and was called by his soul as his flame was doused. "I am sorry, this old performer won't be there to see you become who you were meant to be. Stay strong my son, for now the torch is yours. You shall be be magnificent...... Thank you....for being in my life."

The secret ending of the game requires you to play as a Violin Fencer (you need to find the secret ruins and beat the super boss located within to get the choice of this class). While playing this class you cannot change your violin or string weapon and only use the violin during your fights ( locking most attacks leaving only some support and the first attacking spell). Once you have beaten this boss and pray for good rng he drops his weapons and mask you may swap out your old gear, but you still are not allowed to use any attacks other than the ones mentioned previously. By this point you should have overleveled so you can fight confidently at this point, before the final fight there will be a wall that is open that you couldn't enter in your other playthroughs. Go to it and you should be able to enter it revealing a ability only the VF can use if the prerequisites are achieved. use this spell during your final fight (took me about 3 casts to beat him). Once you win the fight a cutscene will play showing that you didn't beat him but instead a spirit that resembles the CVF took his life. After some dialogue you will have two options, to contain him using your body as a cell to hold him or to let him free. For the bad ending you reject him making him disappear and the final cutscene will tell you that the spirit that took hold of the old VF has sent the world into a new age of chaos with his body now free and having the power of the once great tuba king. For the true ending you choose to contain him continuing the endless cycle of the Corrupted Violin Fencer seeking a new person foolish enough to release you of this curse, Letting the world live for a while longer.
A last act of redemption through the atrocities he has committed. For once, he remembered his past life. Greatest of all the String Kingdom's Fencers, second only to the Shamisen Saints of the east. Not even those of Brasshido could have hoped to attain his level of power. Yet the corruption held a firm grip on his mind, his psyche unable to be closed to its influence. How could he bare to stand in front of his peers in the afterlife if he could not even resist the damned whispers of the dark powers of Cacophony. You refuse. Mustering the last vestiges of your sanity, stamina, and Resonant energy locked away behind a millennia of slavery, you rend asunder your chains if only for a moment. Rise up, Violinist Fencer. Your honor may have been taken away... but there is still a way to regain it.

Once the songs were well known, every man, woman, and child knew the art, and no man was defenseless as now. Then there were great music schools where every child learned the songs of war and the darkness was a faraway thing and the shadows didn't dare cross the mountains lest they hear their doom ringing from every home and castle. But that was then and now there are no great schools and the watch is failing, the shadows come to steal life and hope each night as they grow bolder, braver, and more reckless. One week ago the king issued an edict to anyone who would journey to the capital and learn the ancient songs of war, and they would take an oath to teach the songs and to defend each night with their songs of power to hold back the shadows who fear the sounds of a great musician at his work. One by one from across the land men came, but everyone who came wishing to defend came seeking the songs of war to take power for themselves and so this great thing the king had done led to increased the speed of the decline as each man vied for power. Then the shadows struck deep into the heart of the kingdom slaying the king and many of his court, hundreds of the students who had come to learn the songs died and the kingdom was plunged into the night. But some still held hope, but a spark but all great fires start with a spark, and so the great one rose up his songs older than the world itself and as new as the dawn, great songs of power that rose and fell around him as he played, eventually the music pulsed in the air visible in the great magic he conjured, then the beat began the earth it's self his drum, with each rising note his song expanded, with each new crescendo it rose higher and higher. Until the shadows poked out from their holes and dens to look upon the unrivaled majesty that the great one called to himself. One by one the shadows crept forward first at a walk then a run as they strove to silence this torment as the power ripped through their minds each new note another flash of agony. And as they neared him the song grew faster, like a panicked heartbeat, then as they closed the last steps they realized they had been tricked, the song wormed its way into their minds twining and twisting its way into their hearts. Then they synched each heartbeat of the great one, echoed by the song and the heartbeats of the shadows. Then he stopped playing and as the last sounds died so did the shadows so closely entwined with the music were they, but they were not the only ones who fell. The people of the world came forward into the deafening silence to find an army of shadows slain by music and one dead man, a man without a name for no one knew it, a man who had no friends, no family, no one to mourn him. So the people mourned him and as the ages passed much was forgotten, but still, one last piece remains, for when a particularly skilled musician rises above the rest he is called a world singer, a song breaker, a Maestro
Ah, the recurring miniboss you fight throughout the game. I especially love the twist that HE'S the penultimate boss before inevitably fighting King Tuba.
Without knowledge of this my dm and I created a corrupted violinist for the bard to encounter, and now we're both mad we didn't find this art to use when we had that encounter
I like the Idea of a shadowy "Composer" corrupting the instruments one at a time and a Maestro rising up to reinterpet the music to save their souls. Ending in a clash between the Maestro and the Composer for the soul of the music world with his freed compatriots. Then at the end the Maestro shows a hint of corruption himself and boom. The game ends. Onto the sequel where the Maestro is fully corrupt and a new hero has to rise. Darksouls style
He stands there the final string left alive on the battlefield he sees thousands of strings dead on the floor and this cursed place is where he shall meet his end however if he must go he shall make sure he has company in the afterlife. He starts playing his final gambit his ace in the hole the last song he will ever play “The strings of fate is its name” he screams at the opposing army “Know this by the end of this song anyone within 2 kilometres of myself will die” He said defiantly as he starts playing Within the first notes the brass army knew something was wrong with every note the lithe fencer played they felt their life force drain a little more They realize what’s happening just as their commander screams “ATTACK” They lunge desperately at him trying to stop the music but he’s too evasive he’s halfway though the song That’s when it gets truly desperate the tuba artillery is firing with reckless abandon not caring if they hit their comrades just hoping to kill him Just as they cornered him he speaks the the final words the nearby army would ever hear “Finale” That’s when the final note rings out then everyone within 2 kilometres felt a sudden pang in their heart the song they heard so sorrowful that they couldn’t take it they collapse... dead The lone fencer his task complete falls to the ground as he contemplates the gravity of the situation but his thoughts are interrupted by the ache he felt in his head The toll of his song he finally knew what the toll was he was losing himself falling into a state of bloodlust he couldn’t control himself when strangely he heard a voice “Quite a number you did on my army” He recognized that voice The brass king “How?” “Such petty tricks would never work on me though it seems you know the toll of the song now” He felt himself slip into oblivion a bit more but he tried to hold onto himself “No I will not lose myself” “Sorry but you don’t have a choice” as the brass king starts playing a song “What?” Then you feel a flash of pain in your head as your limbs start moving on their own “No god no” “Yes I’m sure you will be quite the addition to the brass army”
Hear me, oh young Maestro. For this music that my old cello played by these old fingers shall tell you a tale of an emperor of a forgotten kingdom. Why should you listen, you ask? For this story shall be the foundation of yours. You're only starting your journey, and the music that lays inside you is still in complete and incomprehensible, but perhaps this music shall help you in creating your own.

We are a gateway, a bridge between beauty and chaos, and yet we are neither. We are between, and thats where we will always be. This needs to be a boss in Bloodborne 2. Imagine a game set on/in the sea, and eventually you come across a ship that carried the aristocracy of the healing church. The final boss arena would be a mix of a cathedral and an opera house, with a massive statue dedicated to Oedon, a great one who’s existence was believed to exist in some way in the form of sound. You see lights shine down upon the stage, and a lone puppet-like figure in a conductor’s uniform rise and begin to serenade the statue in front of him. However, he notices you and the boss fight ensues. Hell, the violin could be a cool idea for a trick weapon, with a fencing sword being its base form and it’s alternate form bringing out a violin, which can be used to play music to cast arcane spells by playing certain notes.

I'll open myself to that dark ocean, and let it flood into my very soul, let it twist my very being, let it make a mockery of who I am."
"Why? Because, dear friend, in the brief time I have before it does so, I am going to hold its power. And I have a tyrant to tear limb from limb. Consider it a parting gift."
"......."
"But after that.... well, I'm gonna need you to do something for me, old friend. I'm going to need you to make sure I don't hurt anyone else.
"I think we both know what I mean by that."

The battle becomes even more epic when you discover that he was the one who killed King Tuba I
The lone fencer makes his final stand against the tuba legion.

Never mind i will be going now thank you for the meal
I wish you the best of luck.
How cool would it be to see him trying to stand against King Tuba II in a minibattle that ends with him defeated, showing just how he was acknowledged by the King for his strength, speed, and precision, making a prime target for the King to corrupt him against his people.
David Vitek the tale of a tragic hero, I absolutely love those kinds of tales and would love to see that for this character!
@@NyctoMusicTV He could be the Artorias of these games 😯
What I love about a flashback is that you know how the story ends. It gets emotional real quick, knowing the futility but being unable to save the character.

You make some Interesting plots sir
Can’t wait for this to become a game. It would be insane if the creators of hollow knight make this a game
Is this a game? I was searching and I found that is a community with a history(? but idk, this music is so cool and I think is a game

Corruption reaches its dark tendrils into the rage filled knight. As it settles, he is filled with inky darkness. “I shall claim the tyrants life! Him and his followers shall all perish at my hand!”
And with that, the darkened knight rises, chaos burning in his heart.
And we see this hero, fighting against the darkness of the armies of Brass sent forth by the Mad King Tuba II.
Long ago his memories gone, yet still he hears the Cacophony of War.
And he comes for you, Maestro.
as a child the young boy loved music he would perform and play for what felt like hours and days
many townsfolk would gather and hear what he had to show his strings and notes flied by his passion
he always dreamed of making a song that would bee heard by everyone but his dream would soon become unreachable
as the tuba legion attacked trying to stamp out all music that wasn't tuba the young man raised his bow which had been grafted into a sword
he performed with all his might and cast a tune directly at the tuba king
the force of his soul toppled the king an rallied an army of violins to attack but it was all for naught as a blast of corrupting tune washed over thee fiddler
however this is not where his story ends though the man may no longer remember who he is
HE is the one who sparked the rebellion HE is the one who inspired leigons AND HE is the reason why the tuba army would fall
he may yet be saved but for now remember him and listen for his sad tune on the wind let it be the battle cry of which they die.
"No strings attached, my dear. Although, you might wanna need something to hold on to, for the climax is drawing nearer with every strike."

*Dissapears into thin air, only to appear during a flashback cutscene after defeating a corrupt boss, telling their tales before they became corrupt and forgotten*
This is probably one of my favorites for the violinist that I've seen.
A lone violin sings below an empty sky, warry of the future.
For the man standing underneath the birch tree had none.
"Unusual to see anybody here, what led you unto these distant lands?"
If only you could tell him...
"My kingdom, played far too long for your gain King Tuba"
"We have cowered just as I have in darkness, waiting until it is our turn to be purged.
But tonight is when the strings snap!"
"We die valiantly, though we lived in ignorance"
He stands amidst the bodies, both friend and foe and begins to play again, blood running from his mouth, his legs barely able to function, his arms screaming to rest but his eyes are glued to the scene before him defiance in his eyes as he spits more blood from his tongue and proclaims
"I WILL NOT DIE ON MY KNEES AS YOU WISH! I WILL DIE ON MY FEET! YOU WILL NEVER SEE ME YIELD!"
The melody reigniting his burning heart as he plays what will be his final song, he knows he will die here but if it means giving them enough time to prepare, to hide his young charge, then it was worth the sacrifice.
Omg, I used the original for a boss in my Pathfinder campaign. Now, this is giving me a new idea for it, OMG, YES! Thank you!
the lights in the dance section, located in the royal palace turn on one by one, everything seems normal... but a little aura flows in the air... a feeling of uneasy fills your body and you sense become sharps at once when the last light turn on in the station where the band once complete used to play in the ancients times, stories were told about the legendary parties that where hold in that same place, the emotions mixed up with the fear make you feel.....a feeling that you can't describe with words, then a sound was make, a violin, a single violin that break the silent barrier of the onminious place, and then the music starts... the ballad of a long forgotten band, the song of a long forsaken place, the requiem of a long missed era. it all end how it starts...
a single but yet magistral and deadly fencer combined with the grace of a violin, the gore and brutality of war tell a story of sorrow and sadness while the violin tell a different story, a song of victory, a song to rise up the morale of the trops, a story to tell the truth in war and a song to tell the truth in victory.
you stare in the other side of the room, prepared, and amazed of the show that your eyes and ears are enjoying with the 100% of yours senses, the music tell a story of war, battles, honor and glory, but you can sense an sadness in all of that, yet the piece is still going, and the story is yet to be told, the more it sound you notice that there are some parts that does not simply connect with one and another, and then you hear the sorrow and sadness, you realize that the band is not complete.... the tuba.... the cello.... the piano.... everyone's of them.... killed... the horror of the war is then reproduced in your head... the lost of innocent people... the lost of dearly beloved ones....the destruction of houses, families, empires,civilizations.... all tell by the only one that remains.... yet long corrupted by the abyss.... the song still tells you more, the rise and the fall of empire that seems his golden age with the art and culture, that owe it reputation to the artist and musician that once a time were roaming the streets in all the continent, that was known for being the most delightful and lovely place in the continent, being burned to ashes by greed and despair.
you don't want to listen no longer, and with a gentle bow you announce your presence, the music stop for a momento while the violin fencer give you a bow in sign of respect and honor, you two know what is going to happen, and in a moment of pure silence you can hear a silent yet resilient voice, that seems to have suffer a lot in this same moment....thanks you..... the violin fencer start to yells while his voice start to crack with each second. the abyss has taken full control no, there is no souls in this body anymore, just a puppet, a puppet that deserve a requiem.
you say in loud voice, for all the people that has been killed and the ones that has been forgotten, I shall liberate you for your suffering. only the best violinist will come out of here playing a song of victory and hope.
_"How foolish of you to disturb me when i was enjoying myself. Now let me play the melody of your death in return"_

I love the stories people put in the comments of videos like these.
"Time to set out on... my last tour" - When you start a new game + after unlocking the violinist as a playable character.

Just discovered this character and i am obsessed he looks amazing
"You could've just ran away, now face the consequences of your foolishness!"
*Song starts playing
Ah, the recurring miniboss you fight throughout the game. I especially love the twist that HE'S the penultimate boss before inevitably fighting King Tuba.
It would be so sad if he is a playable caracter and you can slowly see him being coruptet and then you need to fight him later on in the game
The fall of The Corrupted Fencer, everyone flees the city as not to be consumed by the Fencers last fantasia.
This used to be a meme...BUT THE GODS HAVE GIVEN US A TUNE, AND WE SHALL CREATE A ORCHESTRA OF THE MEME GODS!
I hope this fandom never dies
He stands there the final string left alive on the battlefield he sees thousands of strings dead on the floor and this cursed place is where he shall meet his end however if he must go he shall make sure he has company in the afterlife.
He starts playing his final gambit his ace in the hole the last song he will ever play
“The strings of fate is its name” he screams at the opposing army
“Know this by the end of this song anyone within 2 kilometres of myself will die”
He said defiantly as he starts playing
Within the first notes the brass army knew something was wrong with every note the lithe fencer played they felt their life force drain a little more
They realize what’s happening just as their commander screams
“ATTACK”
They lunge desperately at him trying to stop the music but he’s too evasive he’s halfway though the song
That’s when it gets truly desperate the tuba artillery is firing with reckless abandon not caring if they hit their comrades just hoping to kill him
Just as they cornered him he speaks the the final words the nearby army would ever hear
“Finale”
That’s when the final note rings out then everyone within 2 kilometres felt a sudden pang in their heart the song they heard so sorrowful that they couldn’t take it they collapse... dead
The lone fencer his task complete falls to the ground as he contemplates the gravity of the situation but his thoughts are interrupted by the ache he felt in his head
The toll of his song he finally knew what the toll was he was losing himself falling into a state of bloodlust he couldn’t control himself when strangely he heard a voice
“Quite a number you did on my army”
He recognized that voice
The brass king
“How?”
“Such petty tricks would never work on me though it seems you know the toll of the song now”
He felt himself slip into oblivion a bit more but he tried to hold onto himself
“No I will not lose myself”
“Sorry but you don’t have a choice”
as the brass king starts playing a song
“What?”
Then you feel a flash of pain in your head as your limbs start moving on their own
“No god no”
“Yes I’m sure you will be quite the addition to the brass army”
Hear me, oh young Maestro. For this music that my old cello played by these old fingers shall tell you a tale of an emperor of a forgotten kingdom. Why should you listen, you ask? For this story shall be the foundation of yours. You're only starting your journey, and the music that lays inside you is still in complete and incomprehensible, but perhaps this music shall help you in creating your own.

This will make a truly epic story to tell
The last string of the violin fencer againts the bombastic bass of the tuba clans
"Do you hear the music? No. I thought not. It's very difficult to hear the music when your own is so loud. But you see, thats the key to our powers, and why we're so much stronger than the tyrants who would take us. We do not produce music. We merely translate it for those who cannot hear it. We are a gateway, a bridge between beauty and chaos, and yet we are neither. We are between, and thats where we will always be. Unmovable, unbreakable, and undefinable, even on the deepest notes and the longest pauses. We do not lash out, for we are not angry. We are at peace, and yet we are determined. So step forward, and let us share with you the universe's song."

I instantaneously smile when I hear this song
Why do I hear boss music from Orchestra the brass fate
This song so good lol
