i have some questions: when you change hands, why is it usually from under the front arm? can we do it from over the front arm too? if we can, what will change in the body mechanism?

The spare hand usually clears from underneath as the bridging arms are, in most cases, connected from the side or from above. This allows the hand to move into position freely. You can change the hand from over the top with very little adaptation to the body mechanics. Thanks

I enjoy your content I have a dumb Question is there a Fa Jin element to the strikes? is it a direct rooting or is there spiraling force

I would recommend when you start to keep the power low and gradually build it up over time, the addition of Fajin is better practiced when you can strike with full power i.e when you're working with pads and a training partner or on heavy bag. Thanks

What are the training gears used in the video?

The training arm in the video is from a boxing Bob and weave attachment for a heavy bag. There are various companies that make these with different quality. Thanks
