    Should one practice straight after stretching that much or are these exercises to be done daily to like improve flexibility ?

    Please make a press Handstand tutorial, it's an important exercice for bboys/bgirls but so hard to master. I can easily Handstand but hold a press handstand is just something totally different.
    Thanks for your work !

    I noticed the checked floor which is used in breaking battles very often. Maybe you know why? I just wonder if there is some history behind this chess dancefloor. Guess it should be something...

    Sup AJ-47, thanks for creating a stretching video. Man! I’m digging it! Haven’t had a good stretch in a while. I know, I’m going to feel the affect and soreness. No pain no gain right? My idea is too continue stretching, at least 6 more sessions, before attempting to do any of my BD moves. Slowly but affective. Again, thanks bro. Do yo thang. 👍🏽👊🏽💪🏽

      Yo George! Great to hear man! I was a week ago you messaged me so figured it would be good to ask you how the stretching has been going? Have you noticed some gains in flexibility? I hope so! Thanks for your comment! Stay fresh!

    Sir I am having trouble in doing one handed turtle freeze please help!!!I am comfortable in doing normal turtle freeze i.e.one hand stabbed and other on the side for support for 40 seconds!!!

    • @ginnar8702
      @ginnar8702 3 роки тому

      Iknow you're not asking me but the way I got mine was by first doing a turtle while using your fingertips on your supporting hand and then slowly removing fingers from your supporting hand. Was a nice way to slowly work on balance for me.

    How long takes to achieve the splits?

    • @AJ47SoulMavericks
      @AJ47SoulMavericks  4 роки тому +1

      Hmmm it's tough for me to answer, I had help from martial arts and they used a lot of PNF stretching which is basically stretching with weight, assistant and resistance. That took only 3 months but I was a kid around 14. My boy on the other hand did these stretches and some of his own and took around 5months to get around to my flexibility. He was in his late 20's at the time tho so you may have a much easier experience! 💪🔥
      Just to note, go steady buy consistent. Always breath and double check form. I used to play my Game Boy Advance at the time while stretching and will time my stretches by listening to an album. Perhaps its phone games and music for you too? Might help

    • @AJ47SoulMavericks

      @@bboystigma1897 exactly... not directly before practice. At least 4 hours before to give your muscles time to recover. I personally do the night before. Sometimes in the morning. The practice isn't usually until 5pm onwards
