I tried multiple times, I can't even figure how you do this, especially the ones with steps (I know, that's almost all the exercises in the training). Is there a video that explains how to do all of these ? Many thanks

I'm really curious to do this and see the progression eventually. I would make probably a 2-min break after this workout and start practicing on some signatures/powermoves/other particular moves. Or maybe I'm gonna alternate days with this workout and days with the freestyle, not sure

Dope workout in times like this, my country is still under lock-down and this video help me keep fit, not loosing track ,keep up with the basic. The three step for top rock is difficult, do you have a video where it's broken down into simple steps. Thank you.
this video is great, im gonna need a proper tutorial on about 80% of the movements though lol specifically the 3 step toprock and the stopping cross step. i think i figured out most of the footwork but tutorials on those would be nice too.
We would like to learn sets for the battle We are learning breaking from 3 years but we feel its very basic,in battle what ppl does its more powerful and completely different so we want to learn more complicated and powerful sets
Dude, when I was Young I Remember I Used to have Solid Six Pack, I Guess I had it from Shuffle, Flair and other moves I Wish I Found this Video during the Pandemic Lock Down I mean I was stuck in the House doing Nothing

Awesome work-out to get back into some breaking moves and now I've completed this 6 times and close to getting through without stopping. I feeling ready to extend this a bit - but not ready for the hour long hard work workout! I reckon a great next step would be around 30-40 minutes with a bit of 6 step and some basic freezes:) Keep it coming - loving your videos.
Finally gave this ago and heart wants to jump out my chest .. you lied man when you said it get easier then we did bicycle pumps 😳. Good material AJ47.
I don't think you need to do it twice a day. It will be very taxing on the body. You can however do it 3 times a week, skill training in a later session and then strength and conditioning training on another day you aren't doing cardio perhaps
