The timing of this video couldn't be more perfect since I recently bought a very nice rebounder, but have yet to use it. I've never been so entertained while watching an exercise video before. Holly is adorable and Paul, you have such encouraging enthusiasm and support. My 10-year-old is home from school with Covid and since he's asymptomatic, I wanted something for him to do to move his body and get the wiggles out without over exerting his system while he fights the virus. This was perfect for him - he followed Holly and we both commented on her sweet nature the whole time. ❤️

I just purchased a trampoline this week and love it but I'm exhausted after 5 minutes. I take a lot of breaks but hopefully I'll get better. I'm 66 soon to be 67 in April. I love all your workouts and you make them fun with lots of variety.

You are 100% correct. You don't need the bar if you have good balance. You do get better movement without the bar.

My step counter goes wild on this ...I keep my phone in my pocket....learned this just a couple days ago......can't jump rope any more but this has been amazing. Learned about these rebounders in the 80s when a guy who wrote The cancer answer. People mocked me back on the 80s........so the authors son only did this and push ups for upper body and won state champion wrestling.
PS...I'm 74 with auto immune.... determined to bounce back. Ha ha!!! Pun intended.
