Judas Priest concert, Sevilla, 2012. There wasn't too much people. This guy saw me singing and holding up my beer... he looked at me from the stage and said with gesture something like "Yes, that is this about" I turned my head back, then looking at him again pointed my chest saying "me?" He answered something like "Yes, you... cool, man" I know he constantly do that thing, but I felt my grown ass special like a child with Santa! You have to love him!
Incredible guitarist. Best thing Priest did getting him in the band, he's full of great riffs and an inspiration for all. Watching this made me smile as it looks as he's a left handed player like me. I know he isn't. Thanks Richie
Richie has quickly become one of my favorite guitarists. Redeemer of Souls is awesome and Firepower is one of the best damn albums in years, both in music and production quality. I'm really digging these videos. I don't really do Instagram so thanks for posting these here. He plays so much of my favorite stuff, it seems we have almost identical guitar influences. Makes sense, same age and all. Now I find out he lives in Nashville. For a city with no metal stations, we sure do have a lot of rock and metal dudes living here. This guy rocks.
Can't wait for the new album. Fire power is the best sounding production rock /metal album I've heard in 25 years or more. Redeemer is great, but you guys really nailed it with Fire Power. Richie, you are god send and a true inspiration not to mention an incredibly talented individual. Much love and gratitude your way brother. Thank you for blowing my mind with your amazing work with Priest.
Richie is not only a skilled guitarist he is a funny dude too. Remember seeing him doing funny jokes behind Andy's back on the stage in Pilsen in 2018. Me and my g-f laughed a lot, but without any intention to be mean towards Andy definitely

Did you get inspiration from "sea of madness" for your iconic solo riff? I hear some similarities in note choice and certain little phrases. Adrian and yourself are both amazing musicians.
How does this work? Are people sending the music or is Richie playing from just the song titles? Which ever it's fantastic. To do that for three hours. Just shows the dedication involved.
It was an Instagram live feed last night. People just send him song titles etc and he plays them from memory. He has played in cover bands and knows most of the requested songs. Good eh?
