Brother David, I’ve been following your teachings and research a little after you started your series of the “sinaiticus”. At which time, I had to make the toughest decision of my “christian life”: Either to continue in my “modern contemporary” church, or step down in love & humility to believe that God preserved His Words perfectly, and I have them perfectly in my KJV. Since then, God has been allowing me to grow tremendously in this study of the Word and history. We started our bible based church here in Oceanside CA last year. You and the ministry you have, have been a huge blessing in my journey thus far. Long story short, I recently ordered your latest book, just finished reading it today, since I received last Sunday. And all I can say is, It truly is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man. Thank you for your continual hunger and desire to study, and help us for the next generation of bible believing christians continue to stand for the preserved Words of God! I’m 24, and with all my current studies and schooling, I’m not ashamed of the gospel of Christ! God bless you brother !
What a blessing at 1:00 AM on Resurrection Sunday to see another video further clarifying the differences between the 2 vines of Bibles. David, always look forward to the next chapter, as your research unfolds. Thank you for sharing. May God continue to bless you, yours and your ministry.
Hello brother Daniels, I lobe the videos as usual. I noticed the picture of Tischendorf and he had the Masonic hidden hand tucked in his coat in the picture. I have seen this other places as well. Was he a freemason? This is a thing I see a lot amongst freemasons around the world. Keep up the good fight.
Mr. Daniels, I love your work for The Lord Jesus! Thank you for another great investigative video! I always look forward to them. I hope you and your loved ones have a great holiday weekend of The Lord Jesus’s gift and resurrection for His people! God bless you, your loved ones and your ministry for The Lord, Sir!
Bible translations based off these doctored up texts are probably big business. In one version alone, I know there is printed the name of some big names in churches. I have heard some people own stock in false versions of the bible. There are probably many people involved in cashing out on those versions. I am betting you are catching some of their attention and they probably want to stop your work. Keep up the good fight. They cant stop your work if it is from God.
CFA stands for "Codex Friderico Augustanus," the 86 pages of Sinaiticus that were taken out of St. Catherine's monastery in 1843 and given to Frederick Augustus of Saxony. God bless you! - David
Aaron Wine, there is literally an entire industry built on this fraud, between so-called “biblical scholars” (atheists) and money making publishers. Sinaiticus pushes all the right buttons for them. They simply won’t see any of these problems, no matter how well presented the arguments are. Look at many of the angry commenters on David’s videos.
Aaron Wine so, so many scholars, theologians, teachers, preachers, etc... would have to admit they were duped by a false line of manuscripts and submit themselves totally to the manuscripts that make up the KJV. I don’t know if that would happen.
I LOVED "Did Jesus use the Septuagint" and couldn't put it down...read straight through. I have one question I really want answered. Where did the other 15 books of the OT come from that were not in the Tenach? How did they get in there?
According to Tischendorf's book, it was 45 sheets. Perhaps the monks cut them because they were going to burn them one page at a time in the small furnace they had to heat the room.
1 John 5:10 He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made him a liar; because he believeth not the record (AV) that God gave of his Son.
I'm a Christian and everything, I just have a question and the comment section of a video seems to be the best place for answers👍. When the Bible says All liars shall have their part in the lake of fire bit(Revelations 21) doesn't that imply that we are all going to burn in the lake of fire? Or does being saved and forgiven exclude us from that comment?
Please do a teaching on the "Dark Ages". Was there really a time when the vatican rose to power that the world became dark, then the sun came out during the Reformation? Or is it just a dark time of technology as the vatican wants us to believe today? I would enjoy hearing about it, all that is out there on this subject is hidden away and changed.
I'm curious about that myself brother but, i highly doubt the whole world was darken by dark clouds. Since if there's no sunlight shining down, there's no crops, fruit and grass being produced. Hence every human and land animals on earth, would've all die of starvation. God bless.
Is this correct? . . . Simonides got a hold of one of Origen's Bibles, and made a copy of it - which is Sinaiticus . . . He was going to give it to the Czar of Russia as a gift . . . Why didn't he use a copy of the TR?
Jorge Jorhoe - actually, the story is a whole lot different. You will see, starting with the next video in the series, Benedict's Bucket List. I can only focus on one main element in any video. But the evidence will build. If you haven't seen them, there's the series Something Funny About Sinaiticus, and the 2nd series, Sinaiticus Timeline. It will help to watch both. God bless you! - David
I wish you'd have mentioned which version of the King James Bible you trust since there are non identical versions (Oxford and Cambridge) and moreover either has been updated several times since 1611. I doubt that you'd read either the original Oxford or Cambridge version. And reference the preface to the KJB which doesn't assert to a KJV only notion of the preserved word of God in the most antiquated form of the English language today.
But all of this is nonsense if he faked it like you also claim. Which is it? Did he fake the book or did he cut pages out of it and steal them, it cannot be both.
Hi David Daniels, I was wondering if i could ask you about an interlinear bible that i recently purchased ? Its a Hebrew/Greek/english - interlinear with the Masoretic old testament , and Greek new testament. By Jay p. Green.... Want to know how accurate it is compared to AKJV1611 BIBLE ? Im trying to find greek and hebrew text closest to original fountains.....so i can compare them ? If thats even possible ?
James is a little busy trying to figure out if computers are going to change his ethereal original autographs (CBGM techniques to determine the text.) My personal view: It really would take James a long time to do enough study to even make an intelligent and relevant comment :) Steven Avery
Well said! Here's the truth: 2 Corinthians 2:17 For we are not as many, which corrupt the word of God: but as of sincerity, but as of God, in the sight of God (not men) speak we in Christ.
Pastor Brett - the deflection is all yours. As an example, your first question is a classic “loaded question” - ergo worthless. The studies of the Codex Sinaiticus fakery stand clear whatever is your belief as to the identity of the word of God.
Hi Brett, Let me teach you a bit about what is a loaded question. "Questions such as how he can read the Hebrew and Greek manuscripts, yet continue to propagate the lie that the KJV is the most trustworthy English translation. " That is a classic loaded question. Even calling the AV "trustworthy" is called a "lie" as a presumption of the question. Read any logic book or study. As for Acts 12:4, there are plenty of wonderful discussions as to why the AV has Easter in that one spot. However they are simply a diversion and deflection here. Steven
(John 10:1-12) "Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that entereth not by the door into the sheepfold, but climbeth up some other way, the same is a thief and a robber. {2} But he that entereth in by the door is the shepherd of the sheep. {3} To him the porter openeth; and the sheep hear his voice: and he calleth his own sheep by name, and leadeth them out. {4} And when he putteth forth his own sheep, he goeth before them, and the sheep follow him: for they know his voice. {5} And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from him: for they know not the voice of strangers. {6} This parable spake Jesus unto them: but they understood not what things they were which he spake unto them. {7} Then said Jesus unto them again, Verily, verily, I say unto you, I am the door of the sheep. {8} All that ever came before me are thieves and robbers: but the sheep did not hear them. {9} I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture. {10} The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly. {11} I am the good shepherd: the good shepherd giveth his life for the sheep. {12} But he that is an hireling, and not the shepherd, whose own the sheep are not, seeth the wolf coming, and leaveth the sheep, and fleeth: and the wolf catcheth them, and scattereth the sheep."
This is the worst conflation of stories that I have ever heard. Total revisionist history, but it is t be expected from someone who believes that the Word of God has been preserved in English, and not the original languages.
I prefer the Byzantine Manuscript stream but there is no credible evidence of anything that is claimed in this vid. Stay focused on what Chick is known for: Great witnessing tracks.....
Ahhhhhhhh because God suddenly decided to speak 17th century English. This is absurd historically and theologically. If anyone wants to have some reliable information on Sinaiticus read D. C. Parker's Codex Sinaiticus. Parker is Director of the Institute for Textual Scholarship and Executive Director of the International Greek New Testament Project and one of the leading scholars in the world on Codex Sinaiticus.
It's always an elaborate conspiracy with the KJVO guys. While Tischendorf was a bit of an embellisher, his character is not a matter in the validity of the Sinaiticus. Yes he eventually stole it under the guise of borrowing it for copying but it certainty doesn't mean the manuscript was bad or forged. The majority of OT quotes in the NT are quoted from the LXX not the Masoretic text. No perfect Bible translation exists in any language. Perfect example is where Acts 7:14 gets the number of Jacob's family incorrect which was recorded in Genesis 46:27. Was it 70 or 75 in the family? Open your KJV. It's riddled with errors such as stating that rabbits chew their own cud.
Justin, then you don't believe God when he says he can preserve the Bible. You can believe what you like, but the KJV of the Bible has no errors in it! Just because you don't have a Bible understanding as to what the Bible means by chewing the cud does not make it so. How many times does a rabbits food pass through its system? Maybe you should read more about rabbits. It just means that you don't understand it! The two scriptures you read from Acts and Genesis are NOT the same. Read it again! We just don't need you wasting time around here because you really aren't looking for the truth. We really don't need your debating spirit here because that shows you true intentions. If you were really looking for the explanations you would not have the nasty attitude that you have. ...and if that were the case I might even explain it to you myself. With that type of spirit you will never find any understanding of the Bible so you are wasting everyone's time. So either change your attitude or just get lost! I am not casting my pearls before swine, which by the way are an unclean animal!
@@gdblackthorn4137 please learn some Hebrew before you attempt to explain what was meant by "chews the cud". The language used in Hebrew means to cause the grain to be regurgitated. That's very different than an animal that eats it's own feces. The passage in Acts clearly is speaking of the number of members in Jacob's family that went to Egypt. You should spend some time reading the Bible. Chronicles and Samuel are constantly disagreeing in how stories went and varies numbers concerning David's battles. The NT quotes from the OT are sometimes completely different than the Masoretic text that our modern Hebrew Bibles are based on. Matthew 21:16 quote of Psalm 8:2 is a prime example. Matthew 21:16 And said unto him, Hearest thou what these say? And Jesus saith unto them, Yea; have ye never read, Out of the mouth of babes and sucklings thou hast perfected praise?
