    Another brilliant video! Thank you for doing what the following what the Bible says in Ephesians 5:11 'And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them.' The Lord richly bless you (no ... thee), brother David.

    Thank you for sharing this insight on the Sinaiticus. With your videos, first time I've heard of this implication of deceit. Do hope you will continue to be a watchman on the wall. Sound your trumpet loudly, my friend.

    First I have heard of this. Excellent. Another nail in the coffin of the "oldest and best" Greek manuscript. Does Steven Avery have a website? Can you post the link? Thanks.

      +Chicktracts Thank you for supplying this link. Went exploring and further found this one. www.purebibleforum.com/showthread.php?t=82 Greatly appreciate the abundance of details. Surprising (in a sense, as nothing the devil does is surprising) that this discrepancy has been unnoticed for so long.

    No matter which way you look at it, the differently 'aged' sections of the manuscript is mighty fishy.

    Trying to make something that you have in hand look old can be for one of a couple of reasons the hope of greater financial gain, where a new looking book would not be considered that valuable, but an ancient-looking book from antiquity would fetch a lot more money.
    That is why forgeries exist today because the person doing the forgery is looking for financial gain.
    Case in point,
    The James Ossuary is a 1st-century limestone box that was used for containing the bones of the dead. An Aramaic inscription meaning "James (Jacob), son of Joseph, brother of Jesus" is cut into one side of the box. The ossuary attracted scholarly attention due to its apparent association with the Christian holy family.[1] However, while the ossuary itself is accepted as authentic to the time period, the inscription itself has been declared by the Israeli Antiquities Authority to be a modern forgery.[2]
    The whole reason for this forgery was to deceive the collectors of such antiquities and raise the value of this particular Ossuary
    An Ossuary on its own from that time period would have value just for being that old, but if it could be shown to be the Ossuary of a biblical person closely related to Jesus, presto chango the value skyrockets as collectors of such things frequent auctions to bid on antiquities.
    Darkening a book to make it look old, is committing forgery it is just that simple.
    Mr. Daniels has given evidence that can be verified, as the CFA can be compared to the rest of Sinaiticus by anyone who wishes to see for themselves.
    There are those who are fans of the Alexandrinus texts they will cry foul and lie for Jesus, these people can be ignored if they have not done due diligence to fact-check the things said by Mr. Daniels.
    There is another point here, that there is an agenda, billions of dollars have been spent making the modern bibles from the Alexandrinus texts, if Sinaiticus was found to have been fraudulently aged, then all of modern academia and those billions of dollars worth of bibles would be called into question, not to mention that the scholars themselves would be called into questions for either not know Sinaiticus was fraudulently aged, or for knowing it was and saying nothing.
    Secondarily the agenda is a one-world church with a one-world religion of the last days, Sinaiticus is a big part of that agenda as it is one of the documents being used to move all of Christendom together with mother church and the one world church, and in order to get to that outcome, they need text that will guide Christendom in that direction.
    The Alexandrinus text is being revised constantly, one source said this was to move the text closer and closer to promoting Catholic dogma.
    But is also to bring about the one-world church/religion for which you need a world bible acceptable to all but the trues Christians.

    see the color strip on the side?
    It can be used to calibrate the images, I wonder if the differences in color vanish.

    Is there an update to the research. Ive watched Chris Pinto Lampinthe Dark series and am byzantine text only. What concerns me is AI change bibles that are online and installed on computers. Is there recent research on AI and the OT variant manuscript. Most folks dont land on one version they say read them all. Appreciate the research. If it wasnt for the lamp in the dark series i would have never heard about Simonides debate.

    David let me ask you a question, I'm learning all this but I've known a lot of the codex Sinaticus, and I just bought your book actually three of your books waiting on two of them to come in the mail now, however what is the Alexandria Bible? This one I'm not familiar with? And right now I'm learning a lot about codex Sinaticus but I want some literature on codex vaticanus and what people thought about it, I know there's nothing about it mentioned before the 14th century but I don't know much at all about it.

    Isn't it possible that Tiechendorf found the codex already stained? Then, he just removed the section of white pages for Frederico?

    • @purebible1311
      @purebible1311 5 років тому +1

      This is an Occam-difficult possibility. There would have to have been 86-pages missed, still white and unstained, and Tischendorf would have had to deliberately take only those pages. Which happen to have some of the most critical issues, like the two colophons and the three crosses note.
      While I compliment you for good thinking outside the box, I have to place this as a very low probability. :)

    From where exactly are you getting this "Sinaiticus was snow-white" statement? At www.nlr.ru/eng/exib/CodexSinaiticus/cs1.html you can see fragments of SInaiticus obtained by Uspensky and plainly they are not "snow white." It seems to me that either Uspensky was not describing Codex SInaiticus (but was, instead, referring to one of the other manuscripts in the library at St. Catherine's), or that "snow white" is an exaggeration, or that someone has mistranslated his statement.
    And what is supposed to be the significance of the difference in the coloration of the parchment anyway??

    • @cooncat46
      @cooncat46 8 років тому

      They look "snow white" to me. The "significance" is snow white refers to a forgery (a much newer manuscript than the 4th century which would be darkened from age).

    • @Tellgryn
      @Tellgryn 3 роки тому

      James you appear not to be following the history line of the Codex Sinaiticus, and do you understand that it is near 180 years later than 1830-40 time frame it was written now? The closer you get to the date written the closer to all the pages are near white it was as spoken by those that saw it, once on display it will become more off white, but the stained sheets are a totally different story, they have be changed since first written. Then you have the early accounts of darkened and snow white when first seen in Europe.

      @@JamesSnappJr Nice James you attack a person and not an issue. BTW I do not drink at all. The issue is still there and you have given no prove to your side of the debate, your trying to use pictures of the items 170+ years after the fact, and you well know the issues of light and what happens to aging over time.

      @@Tellgryn, The thing is, people who want to believe the improbable are going to imagine reasons to convince themselves. Case in point: I provided oodles of pieces of direct evidence -- yet you see none of that.
