Glad you are back! I really enjoy your videos. I had a feeling it was a break-up. Since I saw your very first videos. Everyone deals with stress in different ways. Some use it as an advantage to get stronger and better. So that’s what you gotta do. Kind of like the Rocky video… getting stronger now! I’m rooting for you!

Got a hard time too, but watching this really gave me great energy again for my current challenges (: Its is extremly frustrating losing alot of progess in your habits I have been there but being optimistic about like you are and getting back is the only feasable solution and you have to start somewhere sometime again. And the one thing I definitely learned on the habit / self improvement rolercoaster is that the learning and system building progess never dimishes and every time you restart you are getting quicker on track and get even bettter and now you are much more smarter and motivated to not repeat the same mistackes that got you there. Stay strong and I hope we can both enjoy a peak in our development and life in half an year :)

I so admire your vulnerability, transparency, and taking radical responsibility for getting your health back on track! Sidenote about those Quest bars…I was addicted to them 6 years ago and had at least one (sometimes 2) a day. They made my stomach hurt so much!

You got this 😊 I’ve been *not so good* about health and wellness lately too. It happens. I’ve been recovering from an injury that keeps me from surfing and surfing is my physical fitness regiment AND my stress relief so its been tough times.. Looking forward to seeing your progress and using it as motivation!

One question: how did you do the InsideTracker test in the UK? (You are living in the Uk, right?) I only found the InsideTracker offerings for the US and Canada.
Good luck for your recovery plan 🙌

Hi Katie - 100% a good idea to reduce or quit caffeine if you can. I had a breakdown/burnout after several bereavements and work stresses all hit one after the other and I ended up on a psychologists couch. Quitting caffeine was hard, but I did it gradually and I've been caffeine free for a year and it's been worth it - I'm much more level-headed now. I still need to fix everything else, but at least that's one thing down!

Look up Dr William Li and Dr Mark Hyman podcasts. I'm 74 years old and the last time I was at a doctor was in 1969. I weighed 135 lbs with a 29" waist in 1967 when I graduated H.S. Now at at 74 years old I weigh 135 lbs and have a 29" waist. At your age you can EASILY get back to a 24 year old inner health.

@Shiny J Look at a photo of Dr John McDougall vs Mark Sisson. Don't live on a starch or a vegan diet. McDougall fell in the shower and broke his leg. His bones are like Styrofoam from living on carbs and rice.

May I suggest reducing your caffeine intake to just two cups of coffee. I used to drink 5 cups per day and developed an anxiety disorder from my job. After gradually reducing my caffeine intake to two cups of coffee it made a huge difference. Also, erase your mind of negative thoughts, you can control this if you choose to and be your own best friend.

Thespian or lesbian? Maybe your ex was onto something though, read How to Change Your Mind and go on a trip. Is being a youtuber also increasing stress? You might end up finding it worth running away from some aspects of your current life to make things better. Good luck.
