We are so lucky to have him and Jaylen. They're hella basketball players but they are better human beings. We've watched them grow and that is truly a treat!

I just have this feeling that Jayson is going to have a huge signature performance in game 5 that will hopefully help lead the Cs to a series clinching win. It's going to be his best performance in this post season. I think the mindset is right and all that remains is to prove it on the court tomorrow.

Been saying that for 4 games now his ass hasn’t done shit for 10 finals games now it’s so frustrating. Really needs to look in the mirror after this season and make changes to his game can’t just be content with winning a championship.

@@thegreat1885 I thought JT played well in games 1 and 2. Nothing spectacular but very solid. He stepped up more in game 3 and it was a overall good performance although JB made the biggest shots in the 4th. Game 4 everyone dropped the ball. Now that they are re-energized for a potential game 5 clincher, I do believe he will have his best game of this series. He often plays better when everyone doubts him and there is a moment for him to really prove himself. I think game 5 provides that opportunity.

Jason Kidd said that the game plan is to not triple team Tatum, so he better make shots when it's one-on-one.

@@multiplemike5021 I hope that he does not. The only ones that can play well even while they are forcing it is Horford, Holiday, Porzingis and Pritchard. Brown, Tatum, White, and Hauser look horrible when they force it. He needs to let the game come to him.
Tatum plays better when he acts like he has nothing to prove. He should start out the game by feeding Brown like he always does and then Brown will start to pass to the others and then the ball inevitably comes back to Tatum and then he takes over and it does this revolving door thing where they all start hitting shots.

@@danielthompson3928 I think you are assuming that Tatum will force the game to come to him in order to prove himself. I don't see him that way. I see him as a very mature young veteran who has been to this point in the NBA season before and understands the importance of the moment. He doesn't have to childishly ball hog or force up jump shots to prove anything to anyone. He just has to do what got him to this point but do it better. I think he will be much sharper than in game 4 and the difference will show itself early in game 5. Then the entire team will feed of his and JB's play as well as the Boston crowd which is another big factor.

the close relationship he has with his son is a beautiful thing. that's a great question and he was honest about it. being a father taught him to be responsible but only if you love your kids. if you don't love them, you could care less and continue to fool around and party. he and Brown both have their priorities straight and not screwed up like many other young athletes. No doubt Celtics are being led by the best duo in the league and will raise lots of banners before these two retire as long as they continue to play together.

This young man gives the mose honest and transparent responses. There are sports "analysts" who sometimes criticize him for it. So much of what he says are things that young men, specially young Black men, need to hear!

I sure would like there to be a single game this series where the C's got more FT's than the Mavs. I wouldnt mind if it was at home tomorrow.

He'll be so much better if he had a dog mentality. I was waiting for him to take over when we went down double digits and all I see is him standing around watching everyone else. Go get the ball like Kobe use to.

Dat last question. Tatum said TOO MUCH. Wat he said at 9:45-10:20 is NOT GOOD. I mean, why play gm6 & gm7 if u can end it gm5 at home. If Celtics lose gm5 den something is going on, for wat? Just so d NBA can make more $$? Den u give Mavs enuf life to pull off an upset?
