From the episode "The Little Match Girl", the 1st episode of Season 11, which originally aired on September 24, 1992 on NBC.
Starting with Season 6, Kirstie Alley as Rebecca Howe, would replace Shelley Long as Diane Chambers, who left after the 5th season.
This was also used in some episodes of the 11th and final season as Bebe Neuwirth was only credited for the episodes she appeared in.
