just reduced prices yesterday about 50,000 for most floor plans. Most builders are saying just put an offer in. Too many new homes being built and they are competing against each other.....as far as where prices are going who knows....nobody knows the future.

If you can build a house for $90 a square foot, then I suggest doing it because an affordable and most importantly, reliable builders charge $200-$300 per square foot. And that’s just for the house before you buy the lot. And I doubt you’ll have a resort style pool, 8 pickle ball courts, 4 tennis courts, 6 bocce ball courts, a 13,000 sq ft amenities center with a state of the art fitness center, a pool side bar and formal restaurant, a separate social building complete with a game room, a community garden, dog park and is just 5 minutes from the beach. $410 per SqFt for sale when construction cost is $85 to $90 per SqFt! Do people really pay prices like this???
