    Shalom Aleichem
This was very informative & helped me understand Elohim plurality & I love the shema I sing it quite often in Hebrew even though I'm English speaking. Reading God's word in Hebrew has helped me learn some hebrew as well. New subscriber!

Hello, thank you for your recent uploads, very informative. I wonder what translation uses the LORD'S name properly? I just recently got a NASB 77 and love it after having read the KJV recently. A great transition so far. Thank you again

Hello sister, I believe the LSB (Legacy Standard Bible) uses “Yahweh” instead of “the LORD”. I’ve been reading the LSB version in the Bible app and I like it. God bless you

Hi Jacob! I'm sure you would agree that before the 'Masoretic Text' was introduced around 600/700 CE, there was no Vowel Pointing to the Hebrew Script, as confirmed by the discovery of the 'Dead Sea Scrolls. Each letter of the Alphabet had its own vocalisation, when put together in a word the vocalisation changed accordingly. So, instead of pronouncing 'Elohim' because of vowel pointing, it would read אלהים 'ALaHaYM' as the original letters suggest. I agree with you concerning the plurality that the word indicates. אחד ACHaD 'One' can also have the meaning of 'Unity' of persons.

God said he created the world alone by himself and there is no other God that he knows. how does the trinity handle this statement. He also said he would not share his glory.???

    Is He "Oneness" or "One"?

Not answered at all. If Elohim means ‘god as a plurality’, then why is Samuel called ‘Elohim’ when summoned by the witch of Endor?

Jacob answers the question very well, but then there is the next question; Jesus is oneness with the Father, yes, and sits at the right hand, not on Gods lap or in his belly. Gods spirit also dwells in Jesus while still being on his Throne. Jesus is oneness with God but is not God. One can be forgiven for blasphemy of the Father or the Son, yet blasphemy of the holy spirit cannot be forgiven. I submit that the holy spirit is Gods pure love acting separate but in oneness with the Father and the Son. The holy spirit does not anger, punish, chastise, shout, etc but only guide, teach etc, so dont dare blaspheme that.
This Jesus is God movement makes me sad and sick. Its wrong. Jesus instructed to pray to The Father in the Sons name, and did not say pray to the Son and forget Father.
These people may blindly be serving Another jesus.
Oneness does not imply co equal but oneness in purpose.
The footstool on earth is lower than the heaven throne but one in purpose. Please comment jacob in any manner you choose. Thank you
