HOW'D YOU DO THAT WHILE EXPLAINING I CAN BARELY BREATHE
ME TOO 7-7
Right? Lol! Holy cow!
because she is super fit, I mean look at her arms and thighs, she looks amazing, u go girl
@@nightowl8337 yup u can tell she does this at least three times a week
I’m still wondering
MY ARM IS SO SHAKY I ALMOST FELL OMG
this is torture
BRUH SAME
Do it on your bent arm on something elevated.
Tell me about it..🤣
Same! I was convinced there was something wrong with me but thankfully I’m not the only one
I can't lift myself at all like this. I can't flex the muscles in my left side not feel them due to a brain injury. Nor a muscle in my left thigh and upper arm. I'm wondering if it's because of that, though I'm having problems on both sides. Like I'm trying to signal with my brain to lift, but nothing happens. I don't know if it's because my muscles aren't strong enough or I should just give up on trying.
Thanks so much this is really well explained and much easier than the one with the elbow on the ground (that one hurt my shoulder)
So glad it was helpful!
My arm shakes like a leaf whenever I try side plank! Am I doing something wrong or do I just need to get stronger?
Work on it... eventually you'll get stronger. What I've learned is workouts don't get easier, you just get stronger. Hope that helped 👍🏾
I thought I was the only one!
I immediately imagined a leaf just blowing away
Not your fault at all it’s definitely just a strength thing. Once you build up your obliques and arms more you’ll shake less. Especially if you don’t use those muscles a lot, shaking is pretty normal.
get gud kid
This was SO helpful. Great explanation and no blathering on and on. More of these explanations.
FINALLY!! concise and visually helpful guidance. Instant subscribe.
thank you so much and I want to do them right. I keep tilting.
Hands down the best side plank demo! Thank you🤙

Thank you for this, I googled how to do a side plank bc I've always struggled with it😭I almost end up breaking my arm bc it isn't strong enough to carry the weight of my whole body
This was really helpful.Thank you🫶
That's so difficult. I thought my wrist was going to break. Need practice . Thank you for the explanation. 😅😅
Thanks Charlie- very very helpful!!! My stomach is bulging out on one side in the front and i am not sure that is normal...
My arm twitched lmao and my whole body fell forward
She reminds me of Mia from Two and a half Men
Great video btw!!!
I love these right way videos, thanks guys!!
Thank you so much
Helloo, thanks so much, this is really helpful but how do I improve my side star plank? Especially when elbow is on the ground? It is too hard to raise the leg while doing the "side plank elbow on the ground". How do I manage it?
Sounds like you may need to build up your coordination and stability! Check out Traci's 15 Minute Coordination workout here: ua-cam.com/video/tKGIS5sXkhM/v-deo.html
REALLY good explained I don't understand how to do that xdd my next problem is I can't stand in it xx
She makes it look so easy. She is so fit. I’m fighting to at least hold myself up for 5 seconds. 😂😂
Nice demo. Ty

Kya apne weight loose kiya
my bottom leg ankle hurts on the staggered plank, any way to make it hurt less?
If I feel my lat working (on my supporting arm's side), am I doing it right?
Thx a lot for the vid!! Could you a video about how to do a side plank rotation/elbow twist The right way? I found this great exercise but I´m kinda confused about feet positioning
Ok I do it on my forearm Bc my wrist hurts this way. Is that ok?
C I can't wait to try this 😍
Great explanation!Keep up the good work!
Im just starting sideways plank .but I feel pain at lower hips/waist while doing sideways plank?? Should I continue or stop this exercise??
Is a basic plank split the work your muscle has to to on each side but side plank has no split so double the work on your muscles.
Thanks a lot mam really good and helpfull, incredible.
You look like u r standing but slanted...I mean ITS PERFECT..I'm here about to be a cocktail shaky😂
Mikasa workout guys 😉😂
Do you lock the knees?
How long should we maintain the position? I normally do traditional planks for 2-3 mins and it is HELL
anybody trying the mikasa Ackerman workout
Mee
Meee
I’m weak 🥴 I can’t do it at all smh
Well and Good!!!
I have to do this both the sides? And for how much time I should hold?
We recommend 6-10 seconds each side with a total of 2-3 sets!
@@Wellandgood thank you so much for the reply earned sub👍
How about going on elbow
I couldn't stop giggling while doing this XD
Amazing
my first time doing these something popped in my knee lol..
yeah I almost died
I don't know why but everytime I do side planking (I drop down to both knees) on my left, i feel an ache on my hip. My right side is ok though. Can someone help?
You may be overly thrusting your pelvis out, i would recommend doing both sides on the knees for now and build up to the more advanced as you don't want to build more muscle on one side than the other (creating an imbalance in your body can lead to future issues) and it can help you figure out what the problem is.
Super
I recently do abs training program that has side plank in it, i cant do it cause my lower body is heavy and my hand not strong enough -_-
How long do you hold a side plank?
Feel free to hold a side plank anywhere from 10 seconds to a minute!
@@Wellandgood Thank you so much
I don’t really like the visions but is helpful but what the add about
Anyone else’s wrists feel like there going to snap or is it just me. Srsly tho is that normal or am I doing something wrong
My hand: vibration mode on
am doing this for school Im not healthy idk why am here😴
Omg you look great
Ive tried. But my upper body is too heavy. Lol
How are you able to breathe easily and talk in a side plank?! 😆
I AM TOO HEAVY FOR MY ARM😩
Bless her soul. She's very young. Where are all the mature seasoned yogi's? Mostly, yoga seems to have been taken over by young fit woman. So, I guess, my concern with most Fitness professionals is they've no clinical therapeutic body working experience or working knowledge of anatomy as it pertains to treating injuries or working from weakness. My experience as a Clinical Bodyworke and Yogir is Some have wrist injuries or weakness even loss of cartilage in the wrist or shoulder preventing them from "stacking". In this case, I recommend the standing hand be used like in Down Dog, the weight goes on the Pads of the hands. Not "stacked" to their detriment. Slavish obedience to doctrines are often misinterpreted and\or anal retained. Understanding people have different natural strengths and weakness, muscularly and skeletal, I feel it's often inappropriate, unsafe, discouraging and dangerous to state there's only 1 way that is correct. That's simply not true but give props to this young lady for putting yoga and herself out there.
The strength you have it's scary
It hurts my wrist when inline with my shoulder... Interesting..
I came here because everytime after I did side planks for ballet (i didn't face any difficulties while doing it which was red flag no.1 for me since my upper body tends to be weak) my upper back between my shoulder blades would hurt and yet my core muscles or side muscles didn't hurt at all
Do yourselves a favor people and go elbows on the ground feet on ground . Helps create shoulder stability as well

Am I seeing superwoman or God?
My wrists bones feel like they Are about to crunch after 5 seconds
Rotating plank pls
Works better with elbow on mat to begin with.
I really cant flat my back when I exercise lower belly 🥲
I keep falling and I do this The 2nd time
Why does the palm of my hand hit
I did not come here for my p.e class.....
So what’s the exercise. The movement? All I saw was positioning.
It’s a plank? You hold it. Usually for 30 seconds or so. Some people might put their arm up for balance or with a weight.
This is not correct !
how does anyone need an explanation to a SIDE PLANK its literally a plank but on one leg and arm. i just need to copy and paste instructions
