@@새별㐅 ehhhhh normaly yes, but depends of the track. 1st : the straight kemel line isn't very long so he couldn't be flat out enough 2nd : Spa needs downforce, so mecanical and aerodynamic settings are more on corners speed than top speed So if you go in le mans for example, where cars have clearly less aero, and have better straight lines to go fast, you will be able to reach *almost* 350kmh, and even at lemans they reach ~330kmh. So technically, hypercars can reach 350 but not in normal conditions.
Honestly, we have to be happy that eau rouge still exists and there's not enough "safety experts" praying for the removal of it (yes i know hubert died there 5 years ago but safety improvements have been made and that is proved by non fatal yet brutal crashes happening every time).
Wondering why Ferrari didn't put camera inside the cockpit like other hypercars. As you can see from other onboard videos in this channel, we can't see how the drivers work on the steering wheel from this camera position.
They are bottom 3 on power what else do you want them to get. They also were bottom 3 in imola and stayed in the fight for the win with perfect strategy and execution, the exact opposite of how Ferrari ran their race. It’s not unfair at all Ferrari had a pace advantage and they didn’t capitalize they should get bigger bop obviously. Porsche tho had no pace advantage so why should they get more weight ?
Completely unfair BoP for Ferrari??? They suffered with the BoP at Qatar because were the 2nd fastest car in 2023 (aswell as Toyota), even that with the mistakes and problems they went through, 2 cars ended in the Top 10 with good points (5th and 7th originally), Ferrari was still competitive even with that BoP. At Imola they dominated quali with a 1-2-3, they were on course to do the same in the race until they failed miserably in the strategy call, they ended outside of the podium by themselves, not due performance. And Porsche already "suffered" of the BoP at Qatar (-12 HP / +2Kg compared to Bahrain 2023 while were the 3rd fastest car), even they had a better BoP at Imola they weren't on the same level as Ferrari because Imola isn't a good track for the 963. Aswell the 963 have also improved in performance compared to 2023, It's not all due to the BoP.
Before the start of the season I already had a feeling that the Ford gt3, the Corvette and all those that are not Porsche would only be to fill the grid 😂 unfortunate #We want to return to GTE the best category of gts ever

499P pace at spa never disappoints. Looking forward to see this beast go at qualifying.
this guys driving is nuts
It’s awesome to hear how the tuning of the ERS system through all the end straights and corner exits to harvest energy, Clever engineering

It's a crying shame that the long track doesn't exist anymore because I would love to see these cars go around on the long track.
At this point, we’re lucky 🍀 that this version of Spa still exists. Heck, it wasn’t long ago that much of the circuit was still public road.

Ferrari Looks also strong with bad BoP🔥🔥🔥🔥
Well Ferrari should have won at Imola, and then decided to pull out their trap card: bad team tactics and strategy.
@@joaquingonzalez834 They means there Car was also strong in Quatar

If it was a bad bop it would be behind the pack like bmw, isotta, etc. but it’s not.
You are the clear example that the BoP is only bad when your favorite brand is not favored.

I paid for the weekend pass thingy on WEC app but only could see live timings of FP2 and no footage, is this a common thing or was I being an idiot?
They never broadcast FP1/2 (Le Mans the exception). FP3 onwards is broadcast 👍
In 2 weeks it'll will be for free on youtube anyhow. Why they don't broadcast FP1 and FP2 is still a mystery to me.
Thanks for the responses guys
Nope, thats just the way it is. Fp1 and Fp2 was never livestreamed
If you have HBO Max Streaming they broadcast all FPs, Quali and the Race, live. HBO Max also broadcasts MotoGP live

top speed disappoints a little.... I mean these used to be well over 300 km/h back in the day if I remember correctly
since the car costs only about $3m, and compared to how expensive LMP1 was, im not that disappointed tbh
These are like 5 times cheaper, that's why we have more than 3 teams lol, or was it 2 even? I can only remember toyota and glickenhaus LMP1...

The electric engines sound absolutely pitiful. Like you strapped a camera to an RC car
When braking, I fall in love with this car, it is the best, sound and everything, "only" it lacks regularity, a shame
