I love Blackie interviews in the 80's. He seemed really smart, thoughtful, and had a good sense of humor. The beauty of the internet is that I have now seen many interviews with him in the 80's that were impossible to see back then because we had no internet. And I noticed that he says the exact same thing in many interviews, word for word. He has definitely rehearsed what he was going to say and practiced it many times, but when he talks it doesn't feel rehearsed. It feels natural and spontaneous and genuine. That's not easy to do.

I get it, believe me, always hype, like Kiss, i get it. The ironic thing is (if it doesn't get it) that no one cares that you are in rock or made more money than "A" or "B."
My friend knows another guy that is the son of an owner of a chinese restaurant in NYC. All family and friends worked there. They were always busy ans a long wait. Tom Cruise and others call up and want in without the wait, they said NO, wait like everyone else. That deserves respect and applause. Who do entertainers think they are. Most people in the world don't know them.
But i get what he says just don't like the sentence.
