Hey guys in my tired delirium I said something to the degree of the A15 being the most powerful amongst the iPads - which is true among the Air, 9th gen iPad and previous mini - but obviously not the iPad Pros DUHH. They have the 🔥 M1 chip. Haha my bad did not communicate that in the best way.

I have mine on preorder.
I have been waiting for this kind of device for so long! The outgoing mini was fine, but the design was old and didn't really look to great, and for just a device to have my uni reading material on, this is compact and can fit in with my laptop on a tiny desk perfectly.
where did you preorder from? i want one but the delivery dates are so far out

My old Mac hardware still serves me well. And I’ve upgraded my iPad Mini 4 to iPadOS 15 which also runs on my 11” iPad Pro. Apple may come out with compelling new hardware in the future but it isn’t here yet. For now, old, tried and true Macs still have life in them.

I have an iPad mini 4 that I use for tuning pianos. Love the form factor. Didn't see much of a reason to move up to the mini 5 when it came out, but will consider this one for the increased screen size and increased processor cores and speed. Great review!

Yo Sarah! I experience the same type of migraines where my vision gets crazy blurry and I can’t really see anything especially if it’s bright.
I found that Magnesium and D3 vitamins are extremely helpful! Only get these migraines like 3 or 4 times a year now 🙏🏾
Same! I have really bad migraines and they've lessened when I took more magnesium, but don't overdo magnesium either. I take magnesium, vitamin D and B, but yeah, the migraines still come once in a while, but a lot less often.

Pilots are definitely snatching this up. We've been waiting for a while for a revamped mini. It's the perfect size for inside the cockpit unless you're mounting it to a window or more permanent location. It's almost mandatory to have an ipad as a pilot these days with the advances of software like Foreflight that provide SO much information for safer flights. The main feature I was hoping for with this mini was the 2nd gen apple pencil, because its so much more convenient. I instantly placed an order for a cellular model as soon as the shop opened up.
Also, hope you feel better. Migraines suck! I used to get them quite often.
Can you access cell towers while flying, or did you just get that model for travel convenience? Up to a certain altitude? I've always been curious.
@@GlennGutierrez Cellular is mostly for GPS which isn't in the wifi only model, and convenience when traveling. Typically you fly past towers too quickly to stay connected for a phone call, but texts will usually send eventually. You can get a hotspot type device that will let you text and make calls via satellite though.
@Tweed Penguin I’m not an airline pilot, i just fly as a hobby. It shouldn’t affect anything, but you should still comply with airline policies.

The mini is cute. I wonder if using it for daily drawing will be good good. It's smaller to carry around but I guess all the zooming could make one get dizzy after a while. Hope you are feeling better.

I have the purple and it is so pretty! i got the dark cherry case. its better for reading ebooks compared to the Pro and Air which i also have.
if you get it with LTE it's basically iPhone 13, but bigger and cheaper (as long as Apple allowed you to call with it, unlike some models before)

For me the iPad mini feels more “big iPhone” than “small iPad” because it’s what I’ll grab anytime I want to do anything other than make cellular calls-which I never actually want to do lol

@Tweed Penguin It’s 2021, you’re on a video about Apple devices, and you’ve never heard of FaceTime. Wow. Cellular calls means I’m talking to someone who I don’t know/doesn’t have Apple. I don’t WANT to do that-wifi is superior anyway.
