Ugandan Brenda Naggita has the condition, and while pregnant she likes to eat rocks to help with her nausea. Pica can also affect children and people with mental disorders. The question is, how bad is it for you to eat rocks on a daily basis? or eat only rocks and water with nothing else on your diet just like the scenario in this timeline video?
