My ex moved 2 hours away with the kids and I had lost all hope on keeping our custody plan until I saw this video. I followed your advice and am closing on a house 5 minutes from my kids on Monday. Thank you
Great advice. I never used my VA home loan. I do wish it extended to service-connected vets living overseas. I'm having to build my own on property I just bought in Asia.

Can you do a video on the VR&E benefits? I’ve seen & heard very good things about it & would like further information or guided to the right people to talk to.
builders have no issues with va home loans. If you can wait a year for it to be completed i'd go that route. Because there are a ton of misconceptions about the va loan.

Used it with 10% disability. Saved $13k+ on refi with funding fee exemption.
That’s awesome!
How long do one have to wait. Before you can refinance a VA loan?

Thank you Scott! I wish they offered an alternative loan for Veterans purchasing overseas. Congratulations on the build!
A lot of us are choosing to live elsewhere. What does that say about where the US is heading today.

I can certainly make a video about VR@E. I’ll be signing up for it myself and hopefully approved.

I wish I could use a VA home loan.
You don't charge an origination fee or points on VA home loans, is that what I heard?
Hi Doug, that's correct. Let me know if you have any other questions. Happy to help.
Wow! That's a great deal! @@vahousingeducation
What do you think of Veterans United? Or Wells Fargo better?
Hello, Mr. Piatek. Is it possible to have a second VA Loan in Puerto Rico? Both VA loans in Puerto Rico.
I've never owned, can I buy rent to own with VA home loans ? Thank you for this info.
Great question, yes you can. You’ll just need to make sure you’re eligible and qualified before you go into a contract for rent to own.
