Does anyone really think those people, who've never fought in a war, had life easy, and who have sold off the country has any compassion for vets? Interesting that they allow all of these illegals in here and there's money for them🤔. How are you saving money by adding a bunch of unvetted strangers into the load. But American citizens are somehow a problem. Those people appear to have no good intentions for the citizens of this country. I could be wrong. Those disability categories are concerning to me as well. #45 pretends not to know anything about all of this.

Thank God, I had my VSO do everything for me. He did all the work that a lawyer would’ve screwed me over on out of the goodness of his heart. I’ve heard some horrible stories about lawyers taking advantage of veterans. Thank you for exposing this.

I went from 80% to 100% P&T TDIU. Total of two claims. I have Parkinson's and was stationed at Camp Lejeune.

Would like to claim this not sure how. Had both of those surgeries. Ulnar and carpal tunnel .

I was wondering if you could assist with a question, since you seem very knowledgeable in this area. If I upload 4 pages (copies) from my original military medical book on an ongoing condition that took forever for the clinic and hospital to resolve related to respiratory and bronchitis will this hold a lot of weight with my first and only claim? This dates back to 1996 and they took forever to treat it and I continued to have this illness. This was over a span of 3 consecutive months long and similar symptoms 5 months prior. Then also having my current primary care doctor writing a document with my current condition related to these symptoms years ago where it appears to be service connected. I will also upload this letter/document too. What are your thoughts for getting VA Medical benefits approved? I use a preventative inhaler for asthma and this is prescribed by my primary physician as well as a rescue inhaler if ever needed. Any suggestions or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Long story short, I have been service connected for GAD, C&P examiner states I have anxiety, panic attacks weekly, sleep impermanent, difficulty with mood and motivation, difficulty establishing social and work, difficulty adapting to stress including social and work along with general anxiety. Any thought what rating they may give?

Is the convention free and do you have to pre register to get seen and adjudicated ? I have an imo and got diagnosed for MDD,GAD and panic disorder that meets the 70% criteria I got denied for service connection for PTSD close to a year ago but I have the imo nexus and submitted a supplemental claim for those conditions that stems from my 50% sleep apnea 10% tinnitus 30% headaches but in progress to get increased to 50% and my back pain in which I’m at 0% .. do you think in. So I’m no longer seeking ptsd but those mental health conditions that I’m now diagnosed with through private .. what are you thoughts on going to convention to get adjudication for my increase for headaches and the INDEPENDENT IMO?!
