Did this activity today with my team via Zoom. They all loved it! My boss cried when she read her sheet, one of my team members said she would use this activity if she ever had to facilitate a meeting, and another said that her self-esteem went up twofold after reading her sheet. Thanks for this video. With so many virtual meetings right now, this will be great to have a fun team building exercise that can be done virtually with remote teams. Team bonding on a virtual level is a little more challenging but I think this exercise will be great.

I truly appreciate this one because a lot of videos and articles I sought out for advice require the video chat feature and my meetings are all through phone and computer because not everyone has access to a camera. This is a brilliant idea to create a bond in a team when everyone is virtual. This is very hard to build virtually, but using this idea, I can see how effective it would be. Thanks!

Hi Adriana, I really love this activity!! I have one question though: what to do if you have a team of 5, 6, 7, 8, etc. and two or three members don't get along with each other due to personality differences?
Hi Robert. You can do this virtual exercise with as many people as you like. You just need to provide more time. I have done this exercise with 30 people and it still worked well.
Regarding your personality difference question. It will be key you stress the rules...participant comments must be respectful. If they are not then you have a different issue. Hope that answers your question. Cheers.
