A skilled adhesion removal clinician can feel the index finger-sized sciatic nerve at the deep gluteal region.
There, he can push (or bow) the sciatic nerve to see if it’s moving, from the piriformis all the way down to under glute max near the hamstring insertion point.

Are you guys for real? After years of going to the pain clinic doing RFA, every injection under the sun and have now worked my way up from vicodin to morphine I'm still no better off. Probably even worse. Now after 10 years the pain medicine doesn't work anymore. I'm only 51 not 91. I'm going to order your grit thing today. After I get back from the pain clinic!! Something has to change!

I had a Medtronic Interstim implant removed from above my priformis muscle where I now experience sciatic pain. Is it possible that there could be adhesions from the surgery to implant and then remove this device cause my pain? Thanks!
I live in NJ and have been looking for awhile for a fix like this because burning sciatic pain started when i was 24 and still have it at 30 years old. 100% not a disc issue and doctors only offer everything but physical therapists or adhesion release because they dont take my word for it and not taking me serious being so young and athletic saying i just have a weak core...

This is not available in my country as I know. Who do I talk to to make it available? I can't get treated. My father who's my doctor laughed at me for telling him there's probably not many docs in the world who know about it.
