      Yes, although full thickness tears usually require surgery because the stem cells can't cross the gap.

    Hi doc, does this work for occipital neuralgia? My doc is using Class 4 laser therapy along with shockwave therapy, will this help my condition?

      100% will if that's the only diagnosis. We haven't found shockwave to work though. THey need to use their hands to free the nerve. You can't put enough tension for the shockwave to work. It needs Adhesion Release Methods.

      Yes, a little bit. Full resolution is often a combo of shockwave and Adhesion Release Methods manual hand therapy.

      There’s one on Amazon for $1,500. Only had it 5 weeks, but it seems to work well. My dr visits were $375 ea

      The only one i can speak to is Kinas Medical company. There's a lot of research and our mentor Dr. brady who retired did extensive research on this company.

      It depends on severity. But typically 6-12 treatments, also involving adhesion release to all nerve entrapments in forearm

    Got this done on a partial tear patellar tendon. I had surgery on it then developed tendonosis. I got this done yesterday is it ok to workout still after getting this.

      Taking load off the body while removing adhesion or while in treatment is incredibly important! If you don't give your body a chance to rest, healing can't happen or takes a longer time to see results.

      Typically implies that there's a cutaneous nerve entrapment. Whether it was resolved or just irritated, youll figure that out after 72 hours went by.

      That's a VERY individual lthing. It can be a wide range. You can lift, or you might have to rest for months.
      It depends on where your symptoms are intensity wise relative to how much load they can handle.

    The Storz machine you are using is the Radial type (yes?). In the video you mentioned going deep into the tissues. I thought one can only go deep with a Focused type of ESWT. 🤔

      Yeah, full disclosure im an account executive over at StemWave. Storz has electromagnetic and radial, their electromagnetic is way better. Electro-hydraulic is the way to go though, you can expect improvement on day one with them, theres a reason the sessions are more pricey

      Yes, this is a radial type device. They can penetrate up to 5cm, which is more than enough in 99% of cases.

      Yup! Adhesion can come back but it is dependent on a few factors, such as how much load one puts on their body, if there any injury or degeneration in addition to the adhesion, lifestyle, jobs, stress, etc, so it varies greatly depending on the person

      @@andrewmancini8488 No problem. The ears are close to C1-C2. It can rock the structure of the ear. Happy to help. I imagine iwht time it'll get better. Maybe see an EENT if youw ant to see their thoughts?
