Yeah, KitchenAid are really "it" in this space. If you notice in lots of movies involving kitchen scenes, there's always one popping somewhere in the background. Also in pro chef shows on youtube you can see those on occasion.

It seems like almost every show and movie. In every almost every scene whenever they’re in a kitchen, somehow there’s a KitchenAid Stand Mixer sitting on a counter in the background. I’ve even mentioned that on a Facebook group one time!
For $1,000, what's with the cheap chrome and old display type?......
