It can happen to any product make sure when you are buying any product the service center of that product is in your easy reach. Philips is a global and well reputed brand and the customer service depends on area and reputation. Sometimes you get good response and sometimes not a response at all. So you can buy by thinking on these aspects as well

@@nobody_2925 preferred use 30 minutes continuous and after that 5 min cooling time.
