I have ordered dreame l10s ultra after seeing this video it was delivered on time and was working fine until I found a small screw was stuck inside it and the rubber brush was damaged after using it just for 2 days i was lookibg for replacement but could not find it anywhere and i was bit concern about the mopping liquid as it is not available anywhere so I finally decided to return it back.
I am confused between ecovas y1 pro and dreame d10s Plus. D10s has camera, auto cleaning bin but its an old model. Ecovas is new with more suction power and seems like slightly better mopping. There is only 2k difference between them. What would you choose?

Went to their Mumbai office to see demo of N10 and Y1pro, both at same price right now. I finally bought N10 few days back and very happy using it. I purchased Eureka Forbes Lvac voice pro.. Product is good but aftersales support is very bad.. don't get the spare parts at all.. Even if we call the customer care no response at all
My experience with Euro Forbes LVac has been bad. Pathetic after sales service, incompetent service personnel. Software APP has crashed since last 2 months, no feedback yet on upgraded APP. Total silence from Customer service department even CEO office in Mumbai where complaint was escalated. Never ever commit thblunder of r buying Eureka Forbes Robot Vacuum Cleaner. Organisation culture is so bad that they are totally indifferent to Customer Complaints.
Can you update your review with the Xiamo x10 since it has been recently launched and includes a dock now? I'm considering that as it is a more affordable budget and seems to quality for all your suggestions.
Correction - Dreame L10s can also lift over carpet when detected. It can auto lift upto a height of 7mm. Ecovacs build quality and spare parts used IMO are poor for the price point. There's a new Dreame L10s pro ultra model launching in 2 months which has 7000pa suction and has heat drying of mop pads and can auto lift upto 10.5mm.
Thanks for sharing. I’ve tried the L10S. It does not lift much on carpets. Similar to ecovacs. But the lift is not similr to the irobot, and does wet the carpet to some extent.
@@TheGrapevineIndia iRobot has higher lift height, yes. The dreame L20 model solves this issue. When it detects carpet it goes to the station, drops the mop pad via magnetic force and comes back to the carpet to vacuum it thereby avoiding carpet becoming wet.

Looking at current Indian market, only I life and Ecovacs offers spare parts and service. Even though dreamw might look promising at the price point but the spare parts and the service are currently not available in India. After doing extensive research I have bought Ecovax N10 and I have been using it from past four months and till now I have not faced any issues. Will update if there is any. I bought it at 33000 right now on amazon it's fluctuating from 27000- 30000 rs.
Good analysis. Most of the recommendations have spares available. On last check, Dreame parts are available too. Service is another matter altogether. Although many including ilife and ecovacs claim service, service is ordinary at best.

3:40 I personally have been using the mecturing robo vacuum. my sister brought s9 turbo and with the duct collector 2 months back. Though we had to take a couple of calls with their support people for help while setting up, things have been quite smooth so far. I have not yet approached them for the servicing in mumbai yet. but the turbo has been a good investment in my case

@@stephenroger4527 hello, i bought ilife a20 for 17900. Which is ok for half the price of freo. My take on robot is that it will assist u in cleaning a certain level only. Mopping can be improved in y shape mopping. Its ok . This is not a small carpet friendly bot. Most of the time it gets stuck.

I am confused between ECOVACS Deebot N10 and Dreame D9 Max. I hope dreame isn't so bad. It does have only one brush, does that effect performance? And also looking into this Deebot Y1 PRO issue, it is priced at 30k, but was available with coupon with 18k few days back and now also 5k coupon available. It is not as good as it seems, so be careful, please highlight the same.
Do have a look at the mapping issues with ECOVACS robots...Many people around me are facing mapping issues where it can't detect it's dock, erases the map every day etc..Even the Amazon reviews say so.
Single side brush does affect performance. I had both y1 pro (single brush) and n10 but I returned y1 after comparing them extensively. I would say get the N10 over dreame as it's a tried and tested product with easily available spares parts and repairs service.
@@maheshbattula1155 I just told amazon there are minor scratches on the product and I don't want it so they accepted my return request. Most people don't realise this but Amazon has frigging amazing return policies (and FK sucks with returns). I wish they had an open box policy also like Flipkart. Anyway, there's a hack also, if you raise the replacement request twice for a product they accept it as return. Also, being a prime member for many years on amazon helps too.

I am confused between ECOVACS Deebot N10 and Dreame D9 Max. I hope dreame isn't so bad. It does have only one brush, does that effect performance?
And also looking into this Deebot Y1 PRO issue, it is priced at 30k, but was available with coupon with 18k few days back and now also 5k coupon available. It is not as good as it seems, so be careful, please highlight the same.
Do have a look at the mapping issues with ECOVACS robots...Many people around me are facing mapping issues where it can't detect it's dock, erases the map every day etc..Even the Amazon reviews say so.
Single side brush does affect performance. I had both y1 pro (single brush) and n10 but I returned y1 after comparing them extensively. I would say get the N10 over dreame as it's a tried and tested product with easily available spares parts and repairs service.
@@twocrazysouls Hello, is the product returnable? Ecovacs and Dreame both have only replacement policy on FK and Amz, how did u manage to return?
@@vj4573 May be. In one of the comparision videos they said Dreame has more navigating facilities than Ecovacs
@@maheshbattula1155 I just told amazon there are minor scratches on the product and I don't want it so they accepted my return request. Most people don't realise this but Amazon has frigging amazing return policies (and FK sucks with returns). I wish they had an open box policy also like Flipkart. Anyway, there's a hack also, if you raise the replacement request twice for a product they accept it as return. Also, being a prime member for many years on amazon helps too.
