Hi Josh. How good is that track! Its Rohan on the CRF450L. My mate is in recovery mode and his bike was recovered. Big lesson for sure in hot weather to keep up fluid and electrolytes. Good meeting you all. Cheers!
Great trip. My first off-road adventure was on my Himalayan 411 - part of which was the section from Bluff Hut to the Howitt plains. It was a miracle i didn't drop the bike: i was crapping bricks on that last water crossing where your mate dropped it! Thanks for the memories!
Hi Josh My name is maria..your sister cleans our house nearly every week..we have met James and know peter and Helen (we used 2 live next door 2 them) and Al and my son Micky work 4 membreys..small world !!! You should come around one day because Micky and Al luv motor bikes camping etc luv your videos..very cool 😎 take care sunshine !!!!!
The little WR just rolls over that rough stuff with ease, just love how you can go anywhere, carries heaps of fuel and not worry about if you drop it or get in a jam. Only down side is the open road, well that's what my AT is for. Might change the gearing on mine, 14/49 is good hey?
Nice Thumbnail. Looks like its raking in those views nicely👌 I had a WR250, before i sold it for the 300 Rally. A fun reliable bike in the VIC high country. I hope to get there one day!
What a ride mate! Great to watch you out in the high country having a crack. I cannot believe old mate had to get airlifted from Billy Goats because of dehydration, crazy stuff. Of all the things that could go wrong, that one has never been on my list, not in VIC anyway.
Gday Josh our paths almost crossed again (we met last year in Marree after a Simpson crossing) I did 4 day solo high country trip after xmas and did the same tracks ! Another banger vlog mate
Hi Josh, Looks like an epic trip. Just wondering if any of the crew you were with may have a GPX of the route you took?. Looking at heading to the HC in March and apart from Blue Rag and Dargo we don't really have a plan. Cheers, Brett
Thanks Brett! I don't but one of the guys on the trip might, so I'll reach out - just email me at advrideraus@gmail.com and I'll reply if I get my hands on it.
@@AusMoto That would be epic if you could. Or even if you roughly draw ones up of the rides to remove extras/detours and any personal parts you want to exclude etc. I'm an experienced mountain biker, and been riding motos since I was a kid, but i'm only really now getting in to ADV and hopefully eventually some enduro riding.
Awesome country and great footage. If you don't mind me saying, your panning is tooooo fast Josh. We all love looking at other riders bikes as well. What was the bike the girl was riding? Cheers.
Thanks heaps! By panning, do you mean something to do with my camera settings or how short I cut each of the clips? any feedback is appreciated! And Lindie is riding a CRF300L. You can find a build video on the @roclinmotomedia UA-cam channel if you want to know more about it.
Thanks Josh. Feedback is the breakfast of champions Josh @@AusMoto Panning with a camera on your chin needs to be smooth, never sudden or too fast. Be conscious that you camera is my eyes. You pan in a way we don't get enough time to take it in.
What an epic trip! Those ridgeline views are just unbeatable. Curious, are you running stock suspension or have you had it worked by Tekink or similar?
every one of you who had trouble crossing the creek did not keep your feet on the pegs. the one that keep their feet on the pegs it was an Ezzy crossing.
I feel that crowding puts (unfair) pressure on the front rider, having to look out for more variables ... and puts everyone in unnecessary danger - for competitive egos.
attaboy, Josh. You're a safe group-rider. Imagine running OVER someone; what do you say? Ooops; sorry `bout that? ... and for what purpose did it really serve?@@AusMoto
Ahh, good old Craig's hut, one of the first places I went back when i had my XT250. Can't wait to go back up on a bike. Shame I didnt know you were coming through, could've joined you lads for a little!
I love to watch Aussies' biking videos for few reasons - one of them - you, Australians, use two most disguising/awful english words DUDE and BRO very, very rear (hello americans!!). They just kill my brain.,,

It was incredible mate and glad to hear it all ended up well.
Pleasure to meet you and your group!
Brilliant photography
Thanks for taking us along on your adventure.
Thanks, glad you enjoyed!
Hard to not enjoy rides like that👍. Crocs and Socks. Legend🤣😂🤙
Haha thanks mate 🤣
Little Cobbler Track is looking awesome mate. Cracking trip in VHC
Thanks mate, we’ll have to organise one in the future!
Awesome adventure mate.
Thanks mate!

Nice ride mate. Definitely good practice 😉
Cheers mate, looking forward to tackling some more tracks up there in the not so distant future 😉
Beautiful landscapes, very jealous!
We certainly are lucky!
Hey Josh, what an awesome ride, bloody beautiful up there and how amazing are the horses😊
Thanks heaps Bazz and it sure is!
That was a good summary of the ride! Brilliant and efficient editing as always.👌
Thanks heaps, looking forward to the next one already! 🤙👊
Awesome riding mate in spectacular scenery. Great video 👍
Thanks heaps mate 👍
Great ride and a great video. The landscape reminds me of the foothills east of San Diego, California. Minus all the water crossings.
Thanks heaps!

It’s just such a great bike!
14/49 for adventure riding and 13/49 for the technical/enduro riding.
Perfect bike for that roads
It sure is, super lightweight when compared to the larger adv bikes!
Great tracks.....wish I lived there.
We are quite lucky!

That bed looks bloody comfy!! 😮
It sure is for a camping mattress, it’s the Sea to Summit Ether light XT 👍
Epic man yeah the high country’s rocky lol
It's crazy how rocky it is haha!

Thanks mate and man, it was a scorcher so I can see how something like that could happen but yeah, never thought about it either!
What an epic adventure 🙂 mega ride 🙂
I had a lot of fun on this one 😁
I bet mate 🙂@@AusMoto
Good riding Josh! Not sure if I would be able to ride some of these track on my 1250GSA. Part of me wants to give it a go, but part of me saying 😮.
It’d be bloody tough on the big beast but I reckon most of it would be possible!

nice one Josh 😁🍺
Thanks heaps, Jeff 🍻

Thanks, the views were amazing and I am rocking Teknik suspension!
10:43 should of made paper aeroplane mate and see how far it went 😊
🤣🤣
how do you carry enough fuel for all this riding, do you stop in to town to top up?
For this one, yeah stop in town but bigger adventures I bring either a Jerry can or fuel bladder

That was alright, aye?
Just a little fun 😉
Your boots are squeaky, bro!
Just a little 🤣
Mine are too. I sprayed them with wd40, solved the problem for a while. You need to do it every couple of months. 😅
Bit different to when me & a mate rode up to Craigs hut at the end of November 23', we were like a couple of drowned rats.
Can imagine with all the rain we got in November!
