Your comment of not getting a longer gun and simply Just get better at Diving" Spot ON. To be sure, becoming a better diver is so true and is Wisdom..... Thank you for this reminder.
nice video! have a aimrite vendetta double roller 145 for my bluewater breakaway setup.... have a 115 aimrite vendetta single roller on the way. Have been shooting rob allens for years traditional 2 bands but making the leap to single roller for the reef hunting
Just some advice from an old spearo. The rings on your fingers are dangerous. You can get trapped if reaching in a hole. And also line can get trapped on finger easier. So that’s just my advice.
i got nothing else to say, i have SR and IR from unko, they both working very well and land me bigger fishes. but i do want to say is, your dive buddy is really dependable, every time you accend he was half way there as if he was about to do a rescue dive.🎉
Well done mate, great video , enjoyed the editing and great commentary and solid advice mate , well done. Always telling people , learn to get closer to the fish. Great advice! Dive safe, have fun! 🤿🐟👊💪
Sick video. Been thinking of getting a 130 double for all blue and then converting my RA single roller to a double for that dual purpose setup for versatility. The video confirms its got to happen. Stoked every time you pump these videos out. Cool to see what kind of action you're getting on Maui
Great and very informative, I’ve been on the fence as to what to build. Think going with the double roller muzzle and the second set of shaft and bands gives you the best set of options.
Great channel man. Found you thru Unko Brian and love the content bra. Keep doing what you love. Also, happy to see you are rocking Unko’s stuff. About to order some myself. Aloha from faraway Greece. If you are ever roaming our waters let me know
love your style of commentary . so much better than boring music. well done great video I am just about to start building a double roller to go with my other 4 rollers 50cm to 115cm.
Great video. I like hearing yourvtjoughts as you go, way better than just playing music. Could you tell me more about that knife you were finishing off the fish with?
Fantastic video, it was really what I need (perhaps it would be even better if you have shown the guns and their physical differences first, but great video anyway)!
nice man, really enjoyed that vid. I got a 110 same setup as you last year, Ill be back diving BI first two weeks of august, if your there we could hook up a dive. Good advice here and second what your saying as well
Great video! Do you mind sharing what rubber setup you use for the single and double? I assume thicker diameter for double if you find it harder to load
Have the habit of not wearing. If I’m catching fish consistently my hands will get pretty cut up shoving my hands into the fish gills. I have nothing against gloves it’s just another thing to remember. Certain trips I make sure I have them. Only plus I can see to not wearing gloves is you have feel your trigger/safety for possibly faster reaction time.
Is this the ermes double roller muzzle? If so how do you avoid wishbones dragin the tail of the spear up at the muzzle, as it would result in low shots?
Love that shooting. Bro question I’m planning to get a single roller teak on 130 cm that would be good for both Right? By the way me and my brother where planning to relocate to Hawaii but he’ll go there first this April 2. Can’t wait to fish.
@@dronurergun I mean there still is some recoil sorry if I said “zero recoil” but definitely way way less then a conventional gun. Im not sure the exact physics behind it but has to do with the rubbers energy being dispersed from the top of the gun around to underside of the gun.
For the double roller I use 2 sets of 14mm small ID reactive rubbers. For single roller I use 1 set of 15mm small ID reactive rubbers. I get my rubbers through unkolearnuhow.com they are mannysub rubbers.
They vary depending on what kind you get. The ones I use are from unkolearnuhow.com. They are not the cheapest around 1k but the quality and performance shows. A very solid investment that will get you fish the rest of your life.
“Just get better at diving” 🤣 def true tho
🤣🤣

Very honest, practical and sensible advice. It is helpful to me. I was very confused and then you now have inverter rollers.
Unko Brian’s rollers are beautifully made. Great diving Sky Lindell!

Awesome video & very well put together. Love ur style Sky.
Great video! I agree on your points you made. I have a single roller and it’s great for all kinds of reef activities from shallow to deep! 🤙🏾

Excelente explicación hermano gracias por el video un saludo desde República Dominicana💪🏻
Nice content boss man
I do love it so much anyways I am a UA-camrs from Indonesia and I do really love spearfishing as well haha
Great video, i will be ordering a speargun soon from unkle
Fantastic video, it was really what I need (perhaps it would be even better if you have shown the guns and their physical differences first, but great video anyway)!
Great vid brother 🔥🔥
Great advice and no bull shit well done
Loved your video keep it up
The best part you say it upgrade your diving skills not spearguns 🎉
nice man, really enjoyed that vid. I got a 110 same setup as you last year, Ill be back diving BI first two weeks of august, if your there we could hook up a dive. Good advice here and second what your saying as well
wy use a bigger diametr speer? i think the smaler ones are faster and penetrate more easyly?
Nice video bro, i like to have a speargun like this🤗🥰🥰🥰
Great video! Do you mind sharing what rubber setup you use for the single and double? I assume thicker diameter for double if you find it harder to load
I use 2 14mm reactive rubbers for double roller and 1 16mm reactive rubber for single roller
thanks for your informative video. could you please do a comparison using same spear? 7mm? i am interested to know if the range increase a lot more
So the single roller I was using a 7mm shaft. The double roller would overpower a 7mm shaft causing shaft whip and loss of range and accuracy
We need more videos
In the process right now. What kind of videos would you like to see
@@SKYLINDELL nice! Any kine. Tricks of the trade, boat dives, shore dives, training safely to get to 30 meters with bottom time etc. whatever’s.

Great video
I'm curious why you don't wear gloves. Any thoughts?

Nice yeah that sounds like would be a pretty mean gun.
@@SKYLINDELL never had wood speargun love your videos but that was too deep for me. Thanks brother
Mahalos for the video gud info!!!
🤙
how do you explain the "zero recoil" when a 500 gr mass is accelerating forward?

Can I get a link for the addiction shafts?
As a fan first coment😢❤❤
What rubber diameter are u using on the double roller ? Thanks for answer 😊
@@tringuyen6468 I am using 14mm
Carbon tube is from soriatec, spain!!!
Yes I know.
Bro your gun is awesome can I request to have it hehe😁😁 I like spearfishing
Can you just clarify which rubbers you used, 14mm? 16mm?

try inverted rollers
How much for a single and double set up?

Maybe you already answered this, but please, wear gloves! Nice video though.
I agree with you was hard for me to find gloves that fit right. Finally have some that fit good. Thanks man
