Cool fact, I believe the greasy chopper at one point in the game’s development was suppose to serve as an accessible interior. In the game’s manual, I believe there’s a page that says “things to do in vice city”, it describes and shows the interior of the greasy chopper. There’s even a baseball bat pickup if you access it through the ghost world. Woulda been cool if the bar was accessible by default.
Idk if I was just high but I remember finding an interior in some random yellow house. Not the one with the mission, it had nothing to do with the plot. It was a very long time ago so I can't remember well.

That bed shop isn't really an easter egg, just an interior made purely for looks. Assets get reused from game to game, it's easy to do that instead of make a new one.
Do one thing make the controls which are easy for you then dont pick up the bombs first go inside the building and kill everyone inside and come out and plant the bombs it will be a bit easy for you
