IIRC Seifer's hat says "Ore" which is a rather self-important and masculine way to refer to ones self.
So it's basically "Me (rudely)"
yeah, although it's worth noting most anime/game protagonists refer to themself as "ore", including I think riku and possibly sora, so it's not QUITE as self important in this context

I'm not even kidding, you fought him in Timeless River, and then in Hades.
Basically in the games files the Pete boss in Timeless River and the Pete boss in Olympus are the same enemy so when it gets randomized they are both made to be data axel

kh2 but you randomize your input method. ps controller, xbox controller, wiimote, touch (mobile), mnk, a blend of two at once, etc.
