I am so sorry to hear you lost everything. My heart is broken for all of you on Maui. My husband and I were just there in May, I can’t believe that was the last time we will ever see that cute lovely historical town. I can’t even imagine what you all are going through. Sending many prayers to all of you. May Lahaina town rise from the ashes and become the quaint little town that it once was. I know it will never be the same as it was. Aloha Tony. We ran along some of Front Street. The cars are always parked along Front Street, so that is no unusual. The wind was blowing so hard, some trees did not burn. Palm trees don't burn. Having stood there and watched Front Street burn, I saw nothing unusual. Oh, Well. Thanks.
The forensic arborist interviewed on other channels has stated that this was not a wildfire…you can’t possibly have trees still with leaves hanging over cars that are completely burnt out…

So the 70+mph wind, which I saw destroy Lahaina Inn and Lahaina Grill and also the courtyard buildings across the street, as the police blocked the road to Front Street at Boss Frog's next to my apartment -- the wind had already destroyed half of Cheeseburger -- all wiped out several hours before the fire came to finish the job -- that was not "natural"? Were you standing next to me watching? I don't remember seeing you.

I don’t know Steve as this video just turned up among the things I am watching on Maui, but he did mention in one of the comments when somebody asked that he had a VENMO. I don’t know what that is, but it must be a way of sending him a donation to help him out in this absolutely dreadful and heartbreaking situation. I think he is probably too polite and reserved to ask for help? As the government are behind this abhorrent tragedy, they should send the money that they earmarked to perpetuate the NATO war in Ukraine to the local people in Lahaina as it is enough to make it possible for them all to rebuild. Even if you can’t bring back the lives, they deserve to stay there with the memories and community. Namaste 🙏

It just occurred to me, that you said Steve, that you were photographed by a helicopter yet in some of the first videos, I watched about Maui from the safety of central London, they said that the wind was too high for helicopters to fly and drop water on the fires. Interesting??
yes, the wind was very high, but helicopters were deployed to try and dump water on the fires,,,i personally have video of 4 helicopters grabbing water from the ocean and pouring it on lahaina town to try and save it. once the fire jumped the highway and came close to the water the helicopters were frantic about trying to save the town
Aloha. The photo was taken several days after the fire and I was not supposed to be in there. I was quickly escorted out of the Fire Zone. BTW -- firefighters were still in there fighting fires. The fire zone was sealed shut after I was escorted out. Best Wishes.

Aloha Peter. Houses are made of very dry wood -- no brick or concrete or blocks -- and most are somewhat old. Trees are living and green with green leaves and the bark will burn and singe the leaves. There was a 70+mph wind. Many places much faster moving. Mahalo.

Aloha. Truly amazing. But I saw the speed of the wind burn the Salvation Army facility in 10 seconds. The wind was way to fast for the arching leaves. Most of our trees made it. Mahalo.

At 3:43 where it says the Atlantis Submarine is “totally destroyed”... my question is this: why is the blue part of the sub completely intact yet the rest of the sub is destroyed?
Aloha. The 70+mph winds reached over 80mph at the Harbor and the wind pushed many vessels into the coral reef systems, severely damaging the sub and others. Yea, the blue part looks fine. The vulnerable, somewhat "softer" side was whacked and seams around the windows, etc. let water rush into the sub. The hull has cracks.
Destroying the electronics, etc. It has been deemed a "disaster" and not a salvageable sub. So, I'll go with the experts.

Thank You. We're very thankful President Biden signed the Emergency Act within 6 hours. FEMA, Red Cross, Homeland Security, SBA, etc. have been unbelievable. Almost immediately they were here and remain here. They are actively helping homeless and displaced residents each day at Outrigger Kaanapali Beach Resort, where I work. More money has been applied and money, housing, food & water have never been an issue. Wish you were here to see it. Mahalo.

people in America best be subscribing to every person from Maui/Lahaina - especially if you think your neighborhoods are preserved/protected because they're registered in the historical record. That exactly why these nasty land grabbers did this and don't consider the lives lost & ruined as of any value.

after watching a multitude of lahaina fires videos... I keep seeing the image of a structure burning @ 1:20 mark in several of past videos covering the fire.

My suggestion is to get a few mason jars and collect some burnt dust samples from a home or near something that was charred because on 911 very few people saved the dust evidence .. mark the jars where they came from and the date you collected the samples..
And be careful not to touch it or breathe it .. and save it for later when someone will want to analyze it,you will have forensic evidence…

( car accidents, plane crash, NDE, and run ins with government alphabet agencys / friends and colleagues William Cooper, Philip Schinder, Alfred Bielek, Jordan Maxwell, Vladimir Terziski, Bob Beck, and a host of many other characters back in the 1980's and 1990's.
