This song fits her story so well as in the books she never got her chance to fight she was just always told to sit still, look pretty whereas in the films she did get to fight. Though her ending is sad
I was going to comment about the song choice as well and, sadly true indeed from her ending 😶😕

@@elizabethrose5451 Do you wanna know? It’s a massive spoiler. But in the original books that the movies are based on, all of her siblings die in a train crash and go to Narnia after life, but Susan doesn’t go because she isn’t considered a friend of Narnia anymore!

@@tulip1317 Actually, there was going to be fourth movie that does completely involves Pevensie’s cousin in Silver Chair but the reasons why it didn’t happen was because how unexpected long years that we have to wait when it was either 2018 or 2019 if I remember after since the third movie was already on DVD and Blu Ray.. yet somehow from what happened in afterwards is, Netflix unexpected already ends up owned Narnia series in 2018 and planning to make upcoming Narnia series.
I love and grown Narnia series from myself but Netflix shouldn’t end up fucked up Narnia for me just like how they unexpectedly did as for other update version of their’s as well 😶

This makes me cry. It fits Susan so well. She was my favourite of the Pevensie siblings, her ending was so sad. I think she deserved better
I really dislike her ending, Susan was a badass she was smart and talented! She may have strayed from Narnia in her later years, but I like to think she fond her way back someday
I think her ending actually makes sense. She was never really one for Narnia in the very beginning, and although she did become a queen and lived a long life in Narnia, I think her heart longed for "the real world." She represents so many of us who have a belief in God but stray from it because of pressure of the world. I know it is a sad ending, but I think it is an important ending to show that once you have a belief, it isn't a guarantee that you always have that belief and it requires constant work on your part to keep that faith alive inside you. C.S. Lewis knew what he was doing when he wrote her that ending. It is all extremely symbolic and representative.
@@kayleemagoffin9573 I agree tbh, but it’s sad to see CS Lewis mention her love of lipstick and nylons in a negative light. While it wasn’t his intention a lot of girls in books are looked down on because of their feminine side
@@Caet-lk6om Yeah, according to legend CS was presenting her as Narnia's prodigal daughter, one who would return home eventually.
@@Caet-lk6om He also said Susan’s journey was a lot more “grown up” than the other books because Susan is an adult now
Lewis does say that she eventually finds her way back, he just thought that it was more of an adult story than a fairy tale.

C.S Lewis loved Susan and had many plans for her. Elder Sister Pevensie's story did not end in the last chronicle. C.S was writing a book of her own!!! But he died before completing it.
