This is a variation of kata-guruma - classical you would grab the far leg from the inside, but here you grab the far leg from the outside, which in turn require a bit a rotational momentum to load them onto the shoulders.

@@pppam I don't see it happening, I think leg grabs are gone for good from IJF judo. I don't like it, but it's the way it seems to be.
