    Tried ur recipe tasted delicious but mine came out more cakey than blondie texture

      You might need to bake them for a shorter time next time for that blondie texture. I recommend 30 minutes, but all ovens are different some need more or less time :)

      Don't beat the eggs in next time, just fold them in with a wooden spoon. This stop too much air being added and will result in the blondies being chewy and not cakey :)

    Use oil instead butter,I have allergy from butter

      Hi, I'd advise using a dairy free butter instead of oil (assuming your allergy is to dairy?) I've never tried this recipe with oil so I can't say how it will affect the final result.
