I really enjoyed doing the 3rd for a weekend project, thank you for sharing 🥰
Lovely … like them all but no 3 would get my vote 😁
The first 2 I was able to complete with no problem!! The last one I gave up n ended up throwing it across the room!! I'm happy with the first ones!!
I actually loled at your coment lmfao thanks for the giggle
On the last feather, the way you hold the strings and tie the knots makes this confusing and much harder to follow than it should be…. when tying the knots, you should show how the cords weave instead of holding your hands how your muscle memory tells you to.
I must be using the wrong kind of cord, i CANNOT get this to look right. I've had to take it out multiple times, even after watching it in .25 speed...😭😭
Me too😂
For me, the cords that were 3m or less didn't turn out right. I tried doubling it together and it's better. But 4m cord looked better forsure. I'd say use 4 or higher.
Hey, you would want to make sure it is twisted cotton not braided. Braided tends to curl on itself.
I have to stop and rewind a million times 😅and it still doesn’t look right! I guess it takes lots of practice
I like ❤❤all of these AND I thank you for showing me how to macrame . Years ago I knew how but had forgotten how easy it is! I’m 79 years old & I’m really excited to work on something that does not hurt my arms or hands or eyes!
Your video was very good.I am new to macrame and your video was easy to learn from and follow. The diamond is my favorite. Cannot wait to try and make one.
I used to do a lot of macrame in the 70s, I'm glad it's back again!
I love them all but especially the diamond centred one !💕💕
Great video, it really helps that you were taking time to show us newbies. Thanks
You can't get the template unless you sign up to your site! That's fair enough but you could say that in description so people don't have to wade through loads of advertising to discover this. I like your video but I don't like signing up to sites or groups.
I loved them all. Thanks for Sharing your talent with us.
I actually like them all! I used to make chokers,& a belt with macrame. Lately I’ve been making wall hangings with macrame, and I can’t wait to try these methods. Thanks so much for sharing!
You say that you used 3 - 44in long cords for the middle ? I’m looking at my cord it seems so long compared to your on the video am I reading your measure to wrong ? Sorry I’m so new at this I don’t like making mistakes . Thank you so much for your time your video & understanding a newbie 🙏.
That’s correct for the third feather, all the double half hitch knots use up quite a bit of cord. Good luck!
Half hitch one firstime I've been able to really get it in my head,☺ helped putting over finger.thank you
Love them all, but I got so lost on the third one! I hope to try it again, though! Thank you for the videos!
Around how many short pieces did it take for 2nd one?
Thank you for sharing. Love your tutorials.. You explain it very well.
Excellent instructions ! Thank you so much !👏👏
Thank you for the great tutorial! I'm in Canada can you give me an idea where to buy the cord you're using, I'm not near any Michael's or craftstore!
You’re very welcome!! 😊 I got mine from Ganxxet which is in the US, but another place I like to order from is Unfettered Co and she’s based in Canada. I hope that helps!
@@MarchingNorth great thanks, what type of cord would this be you're using?
Does it matter what ply?
I liked all the three but loved third one...I will try and come back to you❤
Great visual tutorial. These are so fun. Thank you 🙋♀️
Can you please let me know what mm the cord you are using please? As I am a beginner, thanks 😊
It’s 4mm single strand cotton- the supply list is down in the description 😊
Definitely 3 is my favourite stunning
Ficou ruim para visualizar o passo a passo, podia ter feito com uma linha colorida
How Thick should be the rope?3 mm? 5 mm?
I cannot get the last one. Very hard to follow😢
I love them all! Going to make some. 🙂
I am a beginner , I wish you were step by step all the way through at normal speed. Love the design.
What stiffening spray do u use?
Love all 3, but diamond one is my favourite, definitely need to try that 😊
THe one on the right, that looks like an eagle feather
I love them all! Thank you for sharing!!!
I love #3 and #2. Thank you for sharing!!
I can’t pick a favourite ! I love them all 👍🏼💕🌷
Which comb to use to get like this ?
I love them all,, 3rd one is my favorite
Please tell me cord length
All beautiful thank you
I like the one with the wooden ring
Fabulous! Thank you! ❤🎉
Just working on the second leaf. I'm wondering what is the best cord to use? Like to try a bigger plant hanger.
Could this work to make a Christmas tree instead of a feather?
I think it could! You would definitely want to add felt to the back to help it keep its shape I would think, but that’s a great idea!
all of them are my favorites!
Nice Work!’
I loved the one with the wooden ring
Love these so much ,thank you !
Great instructions! So easy to follow ❤
You must have done macrame for a while
Loved them all!!!
I’m very new to Macrame. I have some crochet skills so I figured this couldn’t be too hard. I wanted to do the last one, and it started off great. But the directions were changed when making the half knots and I could keep up. I rewinded it over and over and over again but she kept switching the direction she made the tie, sometimes forwards and sometimes backwards and I tried my best to notice but it was too fast. So I had to just discard it and do something else.
Love your work. Can I subscribe
Please do! 😊
Hi I just found your channel I love your work! New subscriber here and I just ordered a few templates, can you tell me how to locate the free templates you mentioned on this video?
Thank you so much for the amazing video. Where May I ask is the best place to order from
Thankyou. Very helpful..easy instructions. Thanks for sharing. I like the last one. Now to see if I can make it as nice as yours. 😉
wow nice 😑
The third pattern has confused me. It looks very pretty
I tried starch like you recommended but everything started curling up and I'm not able to brush out is that normal?
Very clear instructions, perfect, but the music is super distracting.
Diamond
GORGEOUS!
thank you for this awesome tutorial! Do you have any tutorials or advice on how to take the leaf attached to the wooden ring and then attach it to a rod? If I were to make a few of those and turn it into a wall hanging. Thank you!
Hi. Can you use yarn instead of cord? Thanks!
Ez elég csúnya...
What brush are you using please, love the feather
All good until the music started.
What kind of yarn are you using?
I like them all! Tfs.
Blessings
Link for stiffening spray please
How do I attach a feather with a ring at the top, to a wood dowel?
Can yarn be used if so what brand is the best? 👌
How can I get some templates?
Hey , I'm the first..😉
The last one you did is gorgeous as a stand-alone piece to hang on the wall. Gorgeous ❤
Where can I find that one?
Medidas de las tiras
I want to thank you for the free templates. I look forward to making them.
