A wise man once said: "If you do a job you love, you never work a single day in your life." Pete is a prime example of that. He is always smiling and in a good mood. Love the video!
I blame Patty for all that yelling she’s the instigator that sets the whole herd off Hahhaha! Thanks for another great video Pete get well soon your an inspiration to us viewers.
There doesn't have to be any big event in one of your videos for me to enjoy it, Pete. Spending time with you and your family is plenty good enough. Hope you have a great day!
Hope you're feeling better, Pete. A day on the farm, for us at least, is quite relaxing and good at reminding us where all the good food comes from. Best wishes for good health for all of the family.
Hope you recover quickly with no lasting effects. My husband and I had it in 2020. I had a milder case similar to yours but he was in hospital icu, long term care and a nursing home for 4 months. But now he's been back to working since the middle of 2021. His energy level is not optimal but we're thankful for the restoration of his health.
They think you have treats. I absolutely love your videos. I dairy farmed for 25 years with my dad, we sold in 1996, and I really miss it, especially the cows and calves, I loved them. Now all I have left are your videos. Thank you for taking the time to keep me entertained. We had a small farm, milked 63 Holsteins.
Hello Pete and Hillary all looks great there. Yes when you have animals no days off. Not seeing the pigs as much shows how fast they grow. They certainly look great hope your feeling better. Have a great day.
Pete--you say this video wasn't anything special but it was. You sold the message as you worked your daily chores that you were in good spirits with your wife and all the animals. If you weren't feeling well nobody around you knew it--including your video audience--loved it.
Glad to see you're up and about Mr. Pete. You're exactly right. A farmer can't call in sick. One of the worst colds I ever had was one summer years ago when I was raising tobacco. It was right in the middle of harvest season and I had to work through it. The livestock are looking great and the pasture is coming back.
Oh my gosh Pete, I never laughed so much with the lovely cows following you around bellowing 🤣😍🤣 But I don`t think they are yelling at you. I think they are telling you how much they love you. They are singing you a LOVE song and I understand why because I love you too Be safe and love to Hilary
Life on the farm videos are my favorite! This one did not disappoint! Thanks for taking us along even though you didn’t feel well. Glad you’re doing better though. You’re like a Mr. Rogers on the farm. I always have a good warm feeling inside watching you. Thanks Pete!
Hello Pete, Yesterday I watched an older video from April 7th 2021 where you were cutting hay. You had just received your first dose on Covid Vaccine. You made a head covering from aluminum foil so you could not be tracked by the satellite's. I love your sense of humor. I was sitting there laughing like crazy. Keep making outlandish videos. We all love to watch life on the farm the way you show it. Thank you.
Those darned satellites are still tracking me, and the chemtrails planes are circling around my house, dropping nanobots and programming me to follow agenda 21. At least that's what I saw on UA-cam...
Hi Pete, definitely enjoyed this video and it was special, just for the sake of watching the day today. The cattle are like your own on demand fan club :) Take care of yourself, and feel better soon. Thank you.
And Yes, Pete and Hil, this video was entertaining! I drank my coffee and dont even remember drinking it...lol Always enjoy your videos. Those cows and chickens takes me back to my youth so much, so so enjoy! Thanks!
Love your content. My wife worked for an architect office for about 10 years, most of the Architects there were pretty unhappy with their jobs. one guy quit and got a hot dog trailer and sold hotdogs at football games said he was making as much as an intern architect, plus he added that he was so much happier. I love following you daily grind you seem happy even though like you said farmers don't get a day off. I know we had a small farm as well but sold it. Now I'm living in purgatory subdivision. oh yeah! Covid sucks big time. glad your better.
Really love catching up/binge watching these videos. Coming back from deployments and work ups, your videos are very relaxing and I look forward to them. Thanks for rocking the Navy shirt! Hooyah! 💪🔥
It was very special. I had forgotten reaching under the hen for eggs. Do you remember the porcelain eggs people placed in nests to bait the hens ? Thank you Pete.
1:54 'Oh goodie he put the toy back for me to play with!' XD Also, 3 years of awesome videos, hopefully many more to come, I'll sure be here to watch them.
Pete sorry to hear you got hit with Covid ,I think Patty was just trying to cheer you up a bit .Then I saw you cuddling up to the shiny MD and I knew you were on the mend. Take care I hope you're back to your old self real soon . Cheers from Canada

Hello Pete, You are such a hard worker. My grandmother was the same way she worked all the time and she had goats. She LOVED her goats alot. I think your COWS LOVE you.GOD BLESS YOU, GET WELL SOON.😊😊😊❤❤❤
Thanks Pete and Hillary. I may not comment very often but I love watching “life on the farm” as you stated. Simple living even though it demands your attention daily. I appreciate you guys!
Boy the cows sure were vocal today! Glad to hear you are on the mend, and great to see your pasture rebounding with a bit of rain. Thanks for bringing us along!
Pete and Hillary this episode is just what Wendy and I are looking for when we eat our lunch. Daily farm stuff comforts us and we chuckle at the pigs, Patty the cow and Titus the bull. The farming pace is good hard work what we all need to keep healthy and fit. you will recover from Covid in time. Thank you for your videos. we live in Medicine Hat Alberta too far to come and buy your goods. see ya in the funny papers or the videos. Vic and Wendy
Get well soon! It’s gonna get all of us sooner or later. If I do get it, I hope it doesn’t come back later like Lyme does. Love your videos and perspectives.😊👍🎵
I have to disagree with you this time........at the end of your video you say "this video isn't anything special" ....ALL OF YOUR VIDEOS ARE SPECIAL TO US!! My husband and I are recently retired and LOVE watching your videos!! It's the highlight of our days. I know it's a lot of work and you get a little "grief" from ignorant people...........BUT we sure hope you keep up the videos. You two are so uplifting!!
I appreciate the Navy shirt today. Those green eggs reminded me of my daughter's young layer that has layer eggs with three yokes from the beginning. That's almost a crowd!
My husband worked cattle on a friends farm for awhile. The farmer had an AWESOME cow...she'd calve every season and was a good mom. She had one problem...she had been abused by a previous owner. So, she had a fear of humans. Because of that fear, she taught the calves and other cows the fear, too. Unfortunately, she ended up going to the butcher. He couldn't have a cow that was teaching the other cows bad habits. It was a sad day. He actually got a little choked up when he dropped her off. But, it was the best for the herd. I LOVE your "day in the life" videos. It puts a smile on my face and makes for a good day after watching it. Keep them a coming...and get to feeling better soon!
Get better and i hope Hillary and your kids are ok. Thank you for keeping us entertained as usual, Patty belly acking, chickens pecking at you and trying to be greedy with their eggs, the little monsters running away like they are Speedy Gonzalez, and the small velociraptors getting freed soon also. 😂🤣😂🤣
So Pete, I'm watching this video for the second time and I just came to the part where you talk about be positive for covid-19. You sir are a superman! Having just come through covid myself I don't know how you kept going qith your chores on the farm. I was able to get from the couch to the bathroom! Good thing I don't have a farm or the cow, pigs, chickens and turkeys would have to have come in and feed me. Glad you got through it and your better now. Just a few acres farm Ironman addition!!🐃🦃🐷🐓
Pete, I am so sorry you have COVID! Lots of folks have no sick time or help to sit in for them. My heart goes out to you, because that’s no fun. But, try to rest when you can, and don’t push yourself so hard. Y’all’s farm is so beautiful. It’s such a blessing to be able to live the life you love. Maybe one of the kids will come back after college and help ole dad out!! 😄♥️🙏🏼♥️

Pete, I’m sorry you’ve been under the weather (pun intended) and that you recover soon. The cows yelling at you was a hoot - I love to listen to your conversations with them. I’m very envious of the rain you’ve gotten - could you send me some of your magical rain mojo? I live in eastern Connecticut and it’s been dry as a bone for a month.
Pete I hope you feel better, I had Covid and I don't really remember the first 1/4 of the year and like you I have my own business and my wife and don't get sick days.
Pete, I am glad you are up and around. Sorry to hear that you got the Covid. and hopefully no one else in the family gets sick. Praying all goes well. Jim

Enjoying the video Pete! Patti leaving a patty, too funny! At least she is living up to her name! Oversized stinker!
Hi, Pete & Hillary. The cows are in good voice today. I like the way they come up to you to "supervise". Hope you got some of that storm.
It’s so obvious that the cows need Netflix… it’ll quiet them down. Works for kids.
The cows were letting you know a storm coming lol they were also worried about you being sick. Greetings from New Orleans!
Hope you're feeling better, Pete. A day on the farm, for us at least, is quite relaxing and good at reminding us where all the good food comes from. Best wishes for good health for all of the family.
