@@Farhan-Dabhoi You can be confident without being a great talker.. You're probably gonna be an amazing sex partner and emotionel partner. Talking is a skill you can learn by doing. It's ALOT harder to learn to be emotionel aware.. Many of the best people I know aren't great talkers, but they're much more likely to get what I'm saying and they grab my attention right away when they do speak.. So you just gotta learn the subjects and polite phrases you feel are good and then you're free to feel confident without blabbering all the time.

I’ve been suffering with depression and ADHD for around a year now and my parents don’t seem care/understand. I live in a super toxic household and my parents haven’t loved each other prob since before I was born. I really want to move but I just don’t see a way out atm. I think you did a great job bringing it to light and hope you continue to spread positivity. Love your channel 🤙
Just wanted to point out a part that I really really related to. When Spencer said that she feels a lot of pressure since her parents started dating at 19. My parents (who are still happily married) met when they were both 7, became friends at 11, started dating at 14 and got married at 21. My whole life I've wanted to marry someone like that, who's been a part of my life though all kinds of experiences and grew up with me. I constantly remind myself that it's too late and that I will never experience that kind of relationship. And it's true, I have not grown up with my "soulmate", but sometimes it's almost as if I can't accept it. I know it's insane but sometimes I think "maybe my first crush in grade seven or eight was really my soul mate and we were supposed to be together but no one made the first move". Idk, it's stupid but it's on my mind all the time
I love how reserved you are when it comes to your love life and finding someone who is 100% for you. I gave myself to any guy who showed me attention when I was your age and now I'm 30 I regret alot of my party life since I was 16. I’m gonna be honest I was just talking to this girl for a month, we talked every single night we would FaceTime, and do homework together(remember that), we hung out and did stuff together a couple times but never had a first date, we scheduled one for yesterday, about a week before that I told her I liked her and she said she knew, she then agreed to a first date with me. About a hour before the date yesterday she canceled, asked if we could do it next week, I told her again I liked her but I was honest and said I was just so confused then she told me she “wasn’t looking for a relationship” and idk what I’m feeling rn cuz idk heartbreak but I’m gonna guess that’s what it is. But I realized she was just using me for school and I’m guessing she felt bad that’s why she agreed idk, but just don’t play games can really mess with someone.
