Flexifoil Camera Kite (Review) This kite comes as part of a kit with a gimbal, pull down, gloves, ground stake, & bag. all that's needed is an action camera.. but..... its not very good !! the kite is not stable when loaded with all the gear, it jumps around resulting in wobbly footage. I've seen that before, and I think the makers are guilty of misrepresentation. It's rubbish for its intended purpose, and labelling it with the words "CAMERA KITE" is exactly what you don't want unless you're trying to draw attention to what you're doing.

I notice box delta types always seem to dip like that all over the place and are never as stable as normal delta.

Thank you for sharing insights, I have been playing with the thought of buying this one. But the thing with the bridle being constantly in front of the lens was a game changer, how does the camera mount look up close?

Hi Lars, the gimbal that comes with the kit is a single axis one & is useless. It clips to a sliding mount in the leading edge. Best to make your own picavet & attach it to your flying line. Look on UA-cam for how to make your own picavet. Regards Moon.
