Same for me, though just now approaching 60....discovering that being present and ceasing the rushing, I actually accomplish more, more of what truly matters; and in the process, I also see/feel/experience more that I would otherwise miss if I allow life to push me on in the useless hurried rush.

It's funny some people are considering people who live in simplicity as "hippies". For me she and her partner live in the most beautiful life and her soul is rich of wisdom. I dream of having that feeling peaceful, content, and feeling having "enough".
She’s so right about the part that negativity and past traumas doesn’t just happily disappear once you living like that. To many UA-cam millennials that are going off-grid may sometimes give you that feeling but it isn’t true. It took me decades to unlearn what I learned. Religion, money, relationships. I read books on different perspectives and listened to many person's speak. Philosophy, economics, evolutionary biology/psychology. I now allow my authenticity to express itself, more and more day by day. It's all there already. Waiting to reveal itself to the world. Cheers.

This video connected with my heart, it brought a tear to my eye and joy inside. I felt a kindred spirit with her as we share many qualities, and I am in a year of soul searching and just being. Stress and other circumstances bombarded me, and I had to step away for a time to deal with all that and love myself again. I’ve watched quite a few of the videos on this channel, and it seems that those who are most contented and peaceful are also creative in some way, or many ways. So many of us are inhibited by a belief that we aren’t creative, but I believe it’s part of our human nature and finding our own way to be creative allows a unique form of expression that we really need.

I was a young girl with dreams and hope. Then, life happens and everything seems crushing. It was like getting lost in the abyss; seemingly meaningless. But one day, I decided to live intentionally, living one day at a time, finding meaning in the little things, appreciating life for what it is. Finding a purpose to live. No doubt, life can be challenging yet meaningful when we choose to live with intention.

I feel so calm and ease with myself after watching and hearing all the video and visuals. Two years back I had to return back to my home place due to pandemic and it felt a mixed baggage of things, I was happy being at home after many years of staying at hostels and away from home while still worrying deeply about my career and life. But two years went by with fear of pandemic looming over us and I was ready this year 2022 to really move out and see what's for my life But due to my terrible mistakes again i started going in the same loopholes of constantly being anxious and panicked.leaving away from home seeing friends moving on, settling in their lives, some moving out to other cities, seeing people grow up and me being being stuck with my own thoughts and doomness. Its been hard but last few days have been quite and eye opening for me. I feel the vibration again the universe sending me signals and signs of me being in sync with my body and mind. This has been hard and your words has given me new hope and new willingness to start over. Turned recently 26 and I wana make the most of it. Thank you 🌱🌱🌼

I was a young girl with dreams and hope. Then, life happens and everything seems crushing. It was like getting lost in the abyss; seemingly meaningless.
But one day, I decided to live intentionally, living one day at a time, finding meaning in the little things, appreciating life for what it is. Finding a purpose to live.
No doubt, life can be challenging yet meaningful when we choose to live with intention.

I feel so calm and ease with myself after watching and hearing all the video and visuals.
Two years back I had to return back to my home place due to pandemic and it felt a mixed baggage of things, I was happy being at home after many years of staying at hostels and away from home while still worrying deeply about my career and life. But two years went by with fear of pandemic looming over us and I was ready this year 2022 to really move out and see what's for my life But due to my terrible mistakes again i started going in the same loopholes of constantly being anxious and panicked.leaving away from home seeing friends moving on, settling in their lives, some moving out to other cities, seeing people grow up and me being being stuck with my own thoughts and doomness. Its been hard but last few days have been quite and eye opening for me. I feel the vibration again the universe sending me signals and signs of me being in sync with my body and mind.
This has been hard and your words has given me new hope and new willingness to start over.
Turned recently 26 and I wana make the most of it.
