I am a Vikings fan. As soon as we took our foot off the gas in that game - playing basically standard NFL zone defense and not the chaos-ball Brian Flores usually plays on D, we let them back into the game and they started scoring.
That was the most demoralizing win i've ever watched. Cannot believe the Vikings allowed GB back into the game. The defense did continue to make some big plays, but then the soft zone coverage was so embarrassing and I was super disappointed in Flores' gameplan into the second half. Rivalry Games are usually a crazy toss up, but this was as "in the bag" as it gets and the "Good Ol Vikes" showed themselves hiding underneath the past 4 weeks of dominant play.
I couldn't believe how soft that zone coverage was in the second half, and I still struggle to understand what that punt returner thought he was going to accomplish for Minnesota near the end of the 1st half.
Can't feel too bad about that loss as a GB fan. I just hope we can come into your house and split again after we iron out some of the kinks with this team.
I think the issue with the Jets is mainly Nathaniel Hacket not Saleh. The defense is great and the team plays hard but the offense just lacks creativity. Only problem is Hacket and Rodgers are a package deal or he would have been gone last year.
No, Saleh is still a main problem. The slow starts, penalties, and unpreparedness of the team, especially after byes and mini-byes has always been a big problem under Saleh even before Hackett came in.
The colts winning today ruins your season I feel...they have 0 shot if the titans show a pulse tomorrow....the season is over it feels cause everyone that has played 4 games has a win besides the jags...the titans might win too

As a Jags fan I was actually pretty happy with what I was seeing during the game, of course I was watching king of new york instead, but what a great performance by walken that is
Great summary of week #4. This year is a good one to learn the importance of QB #1 and QB #2. And HC + coordinator. Personally i think majority NFL franchise are ruthless, gving 1 yr for coordinators to perform. Bad result mean cut. I believe it put pressure on the individual coach / coordinator. Make their job harder than it should.
@@TheSoatCR you are right. I mentioned it during the weekly preview on Friday but forgot during the weekly recap. I was too frustrated on how they lost
It seems very strange no other AFCN team plays the Steelers until week 11. Then it's on. Check Pittsburgh's schedule. 4 games in a row within the division and playing the Browns twice in that stretch. Things can change in a fast hurry in the division this year. It's going to be fun to watch.
Antonio Pierce opted to put points on the board on scoring drives early, if AP did the usual go for it strategy the fumble for six would have made it a field goal to win situation, or a winner. Raiders have one of the best kickers in the League, let him do his job and keep the team in games on the scoring drives.
I don't know how much merit we should put in the Raiders win. When you hadn't even escaped the first month of the season and coaching is questioning players competitiveness/integrity, that's not a good sign. But they also won without some key players, even if its against a shell of its last year self, Cleveland Browns team. And the reality is, following him questioning that effort they came out with a win which as a fan I'd imagine is what you want and might've been the difference in a tight game. They are a hard team to evaluate because I don't think anyone sees them as a real contender, but they aren't as bad as a lot of fans on comment sections expected. 1 month in, they are a blur.
All true. I don't know what this Raiders team is yet, but to be fair I don't think they know either. All I'm sure of is that Bowers and JPJ were good picks.
Cmon Man! I watch all your stuff and I'm going to have watching more, because this is brutal! The Bears are setting the NFL back 50 years in every game this year. Solid team win? Ick!
As a Steelers fan, I was almost happier about this loss than some of their early wins. The defense isn’t going to play on a god tier level each week, and Fields put the team on his back and gave it his all. I was so impressed with his performance despite the bad line play and run game.
I’m not sure if you watched the Jets game but it was pouring rain. No one could catch or hold on the to the ball. It came down to a missed FG. Can’t really make a judgment on either team there.
As a Lions fan I’m starting to get a little concerned with how well the Vikings are playing. The NFC North is turning out be a tougher division than I initially expected.
It's time to talk about Kevin Stefanski. Browns fans like him and know that Watson is the worst QB in the league now that Bryce Young has been benched. But Stefanski is sticking with Watson. Maybe it's owner pressure, or maybe Stefanski has been guaranteed his job as long as he trots Watson out there every week. But the HC is responsible for the team on the field every game. If he loses, they're gonna can him anyway, so put the best team out there that you can. Browns HC is not doing that and everyone can see it.

I was just talking a few weeks ago after seeing that crazy game that he had, that I forgot about him because he seems to play average and go under the radar on a bad team. Thought that was a star making game but now he’s back to mediocrity.
The Jets have a great defense. Problem is the offense and the offensive coordinator. They’re all be game out of first place. No need for them to panic.
I kinda disagree at 5:30. The Packers didn't have the ball when the game was within one score (or didn't for long). Not quite garbage time, but also not really close enough to be threatening
The Jaguars are 0-4 and struggling, but is Doug Peterson the real problem, or is Trevor Lawrence failing to live up to his potential? Should the Jags consider making drastic changes to turn things around, or would that just worsen the situation?
You have to do a full on video on the Eagles because if you would of told me Nick Sirianni and Jalen Hurts's future would be question 2 years ago I would of laughed. But this team has lost 7 of the last 10 games going back to last season. If it wasn't for the Jags and Panthers, the Eagles would have the worst record in the last 10 games.
I went to the commanders vs cards game. A. Cardinals OL made Kyler extremely uncomfortable in the pocket. B. Buddha is their life line on that defense, it could have been way worse. GO REDSKINS BABY!
If the Chargers are able to draft a star D-tackle, the D-Line would be set and be a problem for alot of teams. We just need a Right Guard and Center and our Line is set. Winnable game against the chiefs, but play calling and our Patch job O-Line did herbert no favors
I wonder if the Packers have any regret paying Jordan Love like 1 of the best QBs in the league since he’s literally tied for the 2nd highest paid QB in the league. I’m not saying this because the Packers went 2-0 with Willis and he looked great and because the Packers lost. Minnesota is much better than the 2 teams Willis beat and Love is obviously better than Willis. But keep in mind that Love and the Packers were so good last year because Love was on his rookie deal along with most of their receivers. Once the latter start getting paid and the Packers lose good player(s) on their OLine and defense because Love goes from his rookie deal as a late 1st rounder to eating up a huge chunk of salary cap space, how good are the Packers then? The fact that Willis looked so good over 2 games a couple weeks after being traded for after looking like he’d be a practice squad QB in a year or 2 is WILD. It could be another Matt Flynn situation in Green Bay (young kids, google Matt Flynn), it could be that in the right system Malik Willis is actually good or it could be that Matt LaFleur is just an off the charts brilliant offensive mind that helped Aaron Rodgers win back to back MVPs at the age of 37 and then 38, helped Jordan Love get over $260M guaranteed after 1 full season and most likely made Malik Willis $40-$50M in 2 starts. I’m going with the third option. 3 different guys over a 4 year period playing this level of football at this level is unheard of.
Nick isn’t a bad coach. But between the defense not getting off the field for pretty much the entire first half, the o-line missing a key piece, both top WRs out, and hurts not being able to get the ball out and turning it over, I knew this game was not going to be good at all
He wasn’t even the really we lost yesterday. He was running for his life the whole time and the receivers kept running the wrong routes. You obviously didn’t watch the game so stop making lazy assumptions

I don't like AR much. But, if a team can't score a td at home they are sorry af. Can't hang this on AR, the Jets organization is just broken at multiple levels. I bet on mornings like this AR is beginning to daydream about a life of not getting sacked in the rain.
The Vikings only needed 3 points to win in the second half and they did that. Not concerned with the Vikings, the defense was on the field way too much second half. They thought they had already won, run the score up. Two field goals or one more td and it’s over. Hell the muffed punt was the biggest mistake of the game. The packers would’ve needed another hard earned td instead of a very short field. Not to mention having that big of a lead that early is new territory for the organization. The packers making comeback will actually help them be better, they showed the vikes what they need to improve upon and still getting the w. Best case scenario for the Vikings.
First game where the absence of a true #1 WR demonstrably hurt Buffalo. On the other side, Henry did exactly what has earned him a storied career in the NFL: bully undersized LBs and DBs and rack up those yards after contact. Ravens are finding their form.
Right about Buffalo. Even their great tight end couldn't make up for the receiver position. Henry looked like Godzilla compared to the defense. A monster among men.
You are way too easy on the Cardinals, specifically Kyler and the Coaching Staff, we know their defense is gonna suck with the severe lack of talent, but that was an embarrassing offensive showing for the second straight week, there is no excuse to put up 14 at home against arguably the second worst defense in the league, call them out on it

You know, it makes you wonder what happened. He's much less explosive than he was in 2022. What happened? Did he have an injury that nobody knew about?
You mean the shegles 😂😂😂
Bum asss
Jets are in trouble??? Who would have guessed that?😂
Cursed team every qb sucks there and does better when they leave.....look at geno.
I genuinely feel bad for Jacoby Brisset. He doesn't deserve what we're putting him through
Lmao he was literally signed to be a human meat shield so Drake maye doesn’t have to be. He knew exactly what he signed up for
Can't feel too bad about that loss as a GB fan.
@@ErikCB912 That's been a Jets problem for a while before Saleh came in
Rodgers and his ego is the problem. He shouldn't be calling shots he's just a player. Have fun with no cap space.
Being a jaguar fan is so hard
The colts winning today ruins your season I feel...they have 0 shot if the titans show a pulse tomorrow....the season is over it feels cause everyone that has played 4 games has a win besides the jags...the titans might win too
Your analysis and vocal presence is excellent. I am glad I came across your channel because it strikes me as one of the best out there. Subscribed!
Thank you so much I am glad you enjoy!
Vikings, if you feel bad, send them flowers.
Don't let the Packers back into this game.
They went prevent defense and got conservative when they were blowing them out!
Feels bad to be a bills fan rn
Felt great the first few weeks and now this. Oh well hope we bounce back next week.
this is what happens when buffalo faces a good team with a good defense unlike the jags 🤣🤣
It’s week 4 relax, bills fans have it better than 95% of other fans
Nah bro, ravens are a desperate and good team. Simply wanted it more. Buffalo is a good team, one loss in week 4 will not look bad when they’re winning in January
@SneakySnake133 surely winning in January
feels great to be a commanders fan rn
Been 😊 for 3 weeks now. HTTR
I like this good steady informative but not speculative recap and analysis. Thanks!
Great recap! Appreciate you putting these together for us
As a suggestion, I would prefer id you made these week review videos after the monday game so that you can cover all of them.
For example this week you missed Bills Ravens which was the biggest game of the week and I just think that's a shame.
Either way keep it up! 👌🏻
I couldn’t believe seeing Vikings as a +2.5 underdog against GB.
Worried about their Upcoming schedule ? The Falcons just played Steelers, eagles, Chiefs and saints and are 2-2
Three out of four of those teams are over-hyped.
Coming into the season I hated the my eagles had a week 5 bye but man the bye week couldn’t have come at a better time😭
No fr yall need it rn
The Commanders are exhibit A on how bad an owner can sink a team
Good to see my Bears have close to a perfect game outside of a few penalties they did what they needed to get the W. Caleb is growing and Taylor is proving he was worth a 4th round pick!
I love the use of Paparazzi toward the end of the video!
Commenting for the algorithm.
Chargers we warned yall about roman
As a Jags fan I was actually pretty happy with what I was seeing during the game, of course I was watching king of new york instead, but what a great performance by walken that is
Great summary of week #4.
This year is a good one to learn the importance of QB #1 and QB #2. And HC + coordinator.
Personally i think majority NFL franchise are ruthless, gving 1 yr for coordinators to perform. Bad result mean cut. I believe it put pressure on the individual coach / coordinator. Make their job harder than it should.
You forgot to mention that the saints were also missing a lot of key players and had Alvin kamara playing with broken ribs..
That doesn't given them 3 more points on the board, though. Injuries happen.
@@johnchedsey1306 true, but definitely should have been mentioned
@@TheSoatCR you are right. I mentioned it during the weekly preview on Friday but forgot during the weekly recap. I was too frustrated on how they lost
@@FootballAnalysis1 as was I lol, huge saints fan, but yeah I’m a bit newer to your channel, thanks for the response 🙏🏽
The Vikings packers game was such an odd game to watch lol
Nice wrap up. subscribed!
Thanks Josh!
Really enjoying your content
It seems very strange no other AFCN team plays the Steelers until week 11. Then it's on. Check Pittsburgh's schedule. 4 games in a row within the division and playing the Browns twice in that stretch. Things can change in a fast hurry in the division this year. It's going to be fun to watch.
I disagree - the chiefs DID and DO have a great supporting cast. they're wearing black and white.
as a saints fan, just another week at the office 😅
FTS
Not sure why you ragged on the Chargers' OL: our line played significantly worse and their backup tackles looked better than our starting tackles.
Absolutely love these videos because I can’t watch every game. These videos give me a feel for how the games went 👍
What annoys me with Sirianni is we have Saquan who went for 8,4 /Att again but only had 10 carries
best part of monday is the "mmmmmostt of week 4 is in the books" that line is becoming iconic
Not many people thought the Jags would contend but the Jets with good qb play should and have looked like a 8-9 or 9-7 team.
❤️💛let’s go 9ersss I just hate the injuries that keep piling up I just want to see cmc back on the field idk if he will come back this season but if he does I’ll be happy jordan mason has been great as the backup ❤️💛🙏🏽🙏🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽!! Speedy recovery to cmc’s injury !!
Jets should be fine. A rainy game was the perfect situation for an ugly upset.
I can’t defend Kyler anymore!
Wait till he gets hurt again this year. He's only exciting when he runs.
I was just talking a few weeks ago after seeing that crazy game that he had, that I forgot about him because he seems to play average and go under the radar on a bad team. Thought that was a star making game but now he’s back to mediocrity.
Subscribed and liked. English Commanders fan here. Please can Jayden Daniels remain this good.
Thank you Nick! Glad you enjoyed!
I swear as a NewYorker you have no idea how much I hate Metlife stadium. Nobody fears playing the Jets or Giants here
I want to know how hard it is to change the stadium from green to blue and back to green again! And the logos in the center of the field, too.
@@Unknown17 not hard at all. Metlife is really bland it's just a big stadium with nothing around it
Tlaw going to the JAGs and becoming Just A Guy was elite script writing😂
You have the best recaps
Thank you so much!
I JUST ATE 5 CUPS OF YOGURT!!!!
That's probably 182 trillion bacteria! You'll be crapping NYJ green.
I love how you fail to mention the 5 starters who were injured for the saints game
Mentioned it during the week 4 preview (specifically the interior OL), but was too caught up on how they lost. I take full responsibility
Well it's much easier to find a new coach than a new QB, so that's probably gonna be the Jags first move, irregardless of who's more to blame.
As a Browns fan, I think I need to find something else to do on Sundays. Maybe pick up a hobby like pottery or painting.
The Rams playing all of the NFC north this season is gonna be tough on them.
I feel like Jordan love was just, hopefully, rusty
I am so ready for a Sam darnold revenge game
This is way better than watching espn! 🤟🏻💀
Nick isn’t a bad coach. But between the defense not getting off the field for pretty much the entire first half, the o-line missing a key piece, both top WRs out, and hurts not being able to get the ball out and turning it over, I knew this game was not going to be good at all
I’ve lived in Jacksonville my whole life, so the Jags are my default favorite team..let’s just say my life sucks right now. I hate everything
If you lived in Jax your whole life, you should've already learned to have had low expectations for the Jags.
Low expectations = low disappointment.
A added take onto Monday night football.
Lions offense is so back...we finally beat the hawks
Typo in the jags section Trevor had 2 passing tds not 1
🗣️ AARON RODGERS IS COOKED
Packer fans tried to tell Jet fans this but Jet fans were in the throes of hormonal lust.
He wasn’t even the really we lost yesterday. He was running for his life the whole time and the receivers kept running the wrong routes. You obviously didn’t watch the game so stop making lazy assumptions
@@Marcello2005 I see a 41 year old man with no kids and wife to go home to, it's actually kinda sad. Running around for his life like an old man. Only 1 Superbowl. Players like Jayden Daniels and Lamar Jackson and Patrick Mahomes have just as much if not more power in their arms and legs. ITS REALLY SAD
@@Marcello2005 why do people like you come on here and try to fight reality? You look delusional and sound even more crazy. If you would take Rodgers over CJ Stroud RIGHT NOW then I stand corrected. If not, then what are we getting hot and bothered about baby?
@@Jcs57 you mean like the hormonal lust from the Rodgers love above? 😹😹😹
Let me preface I am not an eagles fan but what makes their coach bad now, compared to him coaching them to super bowl 2 years back. What made him get worse as a coach in 2 years? strat calling? Time management?
I don't like AR much. But, if a team can't score a td at home they are sorry af. Can't hang this on AR, the Jets organization is just broken at multiple levels. I bet on mornings like this AR is beginning to daydream about a life of not getting sacked in the rain.
I'm sure he just ate a couple of mushrooms and stopped caring.
Banking on a 40 year old QB without a legit backup is never.a good idea.
@@J.B.Ram1 Don't worry. As long as the grass and the 'shrooms hold out, I'm sure he'll continue not to care.
Detroit is a major Super Bowl contender after that Seattle win
God I hate being a Jets fan
First game where the absence of a true #1 WR demonstrably hurt Buffalo. On the other side, Henry did exactly what has earned him a storied career in the NFL: bully undersized LBs and DBs and rack up those yards after contact.
Ravens are finding their form.
Right about Buffalo. Even their great tight end couldn't make up for the receiver position. Henry looked like Godzilla compared to the defense. A monster among men.
Play WELL.
GOOD play 12:51
Flacco could have been a great qb starting with a different team when younger.
You are way too easy on the Cardinals, specifically Kyler and the Coaching Staff, we know their defense is gonna suck with the severe lack of talent, but that was an embarrassing offensive showing for the second straight week, there is no excuse to put up 14 at home against arguably the second worst defense in the league, call them out on it
They made the Redskins look like the greatest offense in the history of the league.
Washington might be underrated, but Arizona has shown that they were definitely overrated.
Biggest Jet problem was the weather and penalties….
Not sure how you says Jets offense was not good all year but “maybe” a game? They were firing on all cylinders against the patriots and had a dominant offense game.
