I have such problems with loose glitter! Do I add it after the Essie No Chips Topcoat or before? Do whatever! I add glitter after the Topcoat! Lol 🇬🇧 😆 🤣 😂 😹
Most people apply it to wet polish then then topcoat but I would think that it would stick to your topcoat just the same.. maybe try applying it to a different topcoat
Tip - after adding glitter on nails use clear nail polish so that your glitter wont fall out
