Just , less and less on commercial radio ...... Sad ... They're ignoring a Large segment of their listening audience ..... Exposure drives sales .... They { radio -stations and their owners } , have forgotten this ...
I love Willie Watson's voice, but this recording takes it to another level. Old Crow is awesome, but Mr. Watson in particular is exceptionally gifted. I also particularly like his voice in The Weight with Gillian Welch. If you haven't seen it, you should.
I can’t believe I’ve never heard of this group before! Love the harmony! Willie Watson & Ketch Secor are such handsome guys with tons of talent. When they do my next go round I swear I could cry!
they make a great harmony, the two singers together especially... but everyone mastering their art to a simple perfection makes this song a timeless piece and perhaps even completely misplaced in our generation and would have easily been a billboard buster in another. thanks for the song it's beautiful
I'm quietly proud of the fact that OCMS have achieved this level of musicianship. What a defining live performance. The vocals are stellar. For all their history of rawness and energy, to be able to pull off an original song to this quality on live TV is a real achievement. All credit to them.
Holy fuck, that moment when nostalgia hits you like a ton of bricks! That's one of the marks of a great song is that it can take you back to a certain place in time
When the summer is come and gone As the leaves fall on the lawn I think about pleasures pass me bye And I am thinking of my old home And the love I left behind No I couldn?t I go back there if I try On my next go round I?m gonna keep it to The dreams we new Before I broke them down Gonna take your hand Wanna be the man Who pulls you from the ground I won?t let you down On my next go round We were standing on the edges Of a thousand burning bridges Sifting through the ashes every day What we thought would never end Now is nothing more than a memory The way things were before I lost my way On my next go round I?m gonna keep it to The dreams we new Before I broke them down Gonna take your hand Wanna be the man Who pulls you from the ground I won?t let you down On my next go round Now the winds are blowing steady My bags are awful heavy I wish that I could stop and turn around But there are no second chances In a world of circumstances Oh in this life you don?t get no next round On my next go round Gonna start again Gonna let you in Gonna lay our burdens down Gonna be the one to never turn and run I?ll always be around I won?t let you down On the next go round I won?t let you down On the next go round
At first I wasn't so sure. His voice sounded like it shouldn't come out of him. I continued to listen and wow. Excellent! The song and them. Nice surprise for me.
What would awesome is get all the members who sang with old crow medicine show together for a reunion tribute show because it would be a show that you would not want to miss
Love Willie Watson. Is he still with OCMS? I saw them recently on The Marty Stuart Show and I don't think he was with them. Great song - never tired of hearing it.
Willie your voice is like no other. I love you all. Keep playing for 40 more
Fantastic! Beautiful voice Willie.
This is the best version of their song......I play it over and over again.
An instant favorite. A must add to any collection. This is the best version of a great song.
One of my favorite songs. Love Willie. Thanks Marty for keeping country country. You are the greatest.
Willie's so young here. Willie if you see this, you're a legend.
Am so glad to meet you again ❤
Proves that traditional country music is still around!

just fantastic!
I love Willie Watson's voice, but this recording takes it to another level. Old Crow is awesome, but Mr. Watson in particular is exceptionally gifted. I also particularly like his voice in The Weight with Gillian Welch. If you haven't seen it, you should.
I have watched his vocal part in that version of the song about 9,000 times, it's just so incredible I can't believe it.
One of the best country songs i have heard the OCMS do. Brilliant!!
The fact that every single one of these guys are as talented as the other makes me worry they will fall apart if just one leaves. I love these guys.
This is amazing.

This is some really beautiful music, God I love his voice!
OCMS sings and performs with their hearts....the way fantastic music should be! Amen!
they make a great harmony, the two singers together especially... but everyone mastering their art to a simple perfection makes this song a timeless piece and perhaps even completely misplaced in our generation and would have easily been a billboard buster in another. thanks for the song it's beautiful

Another great by Old Crow
That'd bring a tear to a wooden eye.
One of the best tunes I've ever heard
Listen to this stuff since I was a kid then when I went in the Marines heard punk rock for the first time and then came back the country
Holy fuck, that moment when nostalgia hits you like a ton of bricks! That's one of the marks of a great song is that it can take you back to a certain place in time
ton of bricks is the right term for it. youch.
The most beautiful song I ever heard
Love OCMS! Marty's my favorite, first saw OCMS at a Marty show. Willie's the best.
14 years ago!? Where the hell have I been?
When the summer is come and gone
As the leaves fall on the lawn
I think about pleasures pass me bye
And I am thinking of my old home
And the love I left behind
No I couldn?t I go back there if I try
On my next go round
I?m gonna keep it to
The dreams we new
Before I broke them down
Gonna take your hand
Wanna be the man
Who pulls you from the ground
I won?t let you down
On my next go round
We were standing on the edges
Of a thousand burning bridges
Sifting through the ashes every day
What we thought would never end
Now is nothing more than a memory
The way things were before
I lost my way
On my next go round
I?m gonna keep it to
The dreams we new
Before I broke them down
Gonna take your hand
Wanna be the man
Who pulls you from the ground
I won?t let you down
On my next go round
Now the winds are blowing steady
My bags are awful heavy
I wish that I could stop and turn around
But there are no second chances
In a world of circumstances
Oh in this life you don?t get no next round
On my next go round
Gonna start again
Gonna let you in
Gonna lay our burdens down
Gonna be the one to never turn and run
I?ll always be around
I won?t let you down
On the next go round
I won?t let you down
On the next go round
I really like most all OCMS songs, but I REALLY love this song..
Beautiful
At first I wasn't so sure. His voice sounded like it shouldn't come out of him. I continued to listen and wow. Excellent! The song and them. Nice surprise for me.

Excellent.
Nicest song I ever heard them play.
Now that´s singing. Great!
Bring Willie Back!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If you want to see what Willie has been up to lately, watch the first film in "The Ballad of Buster Scruggs".
That shot looks just like Hank is playing with them! He'd like them too!
@sawtoothdan his voice is out of this world! He was a traveling minstrel in another life or something
Damn that boy can sing!
willie watson will be missed from this band...he's the man and it will never be the same
which one is willie?
Adam Papke The guy in the flannel
They did a reunion with him the other night and it was killer. Best they've sounded in years.
This is one case where, “We’re gettin’ the band back together”, would be epic!
SUPERB!!!!!!
thats about as good as it gets
What a voice
Love Willie Watson. Is he still with OCMS? I saw them recently on The Marty Stuart Show and I don't think he was with them. Great song - never tired of hearing it.
@konglee007 Doesn't have a million views but to have 136,000 without a 'dislike' is rather impressive!
Willie is the Henry Blake of music.
where's that video of them on this same show playing fire in the mountain? can't find it anymore
WIllie Watson's voice is maturing into one of a very, very fine country singer.
in the cover of Tennessee Pusher it says Secor/Watson, but for some reason i dont think they wrote it
Goddamn! Get this on the radio!
Willie is on point!
Fine sounds
What's the name of this song? lt's beautiful!!
Does anyone know what mic they are using for the main one mic?
is that a full size resonator? does anyone know what brand that might be?
effin brilliant
I miss Criter but that's great!
@househarr Hang in there..God is good, He will be for all believers in the end
Can someone tell me the name of this song please.
Nick Silvey Next Go Round
In case you haven’t figured it out in these seven years 😂
i miss willie. they done ducked up givin him the boot. and bring back fuqua while they're at it for nostalgia
agree with the previous comment, " the nicest song I ever heard them play"
@Gutbean Yeah, you are right. This song calls for this kind of vocal from him. If Down Home Girl was the song, the vocal is more his style..for sure.
Does anybody know who wrote this song?
what kind of microphone do they use on this? does anyone know the make/model? they're great!
mother of god what is the name of this song
The new seldom scene band replacements. Perfect harmony.
Who's playing slide?
Pretty tame performance by by this bunch--watch some of the other videos.....
What kind of fiddle is Ketch playing?
His voice is like butter
