How to make Brown Sugar Boba with Coffee🤍 A step-by-step Tutorial ✨
Coffee Boba Step by Step Recipe🥰
Recipe for brown sugar boba with coffee:
Boba Recipe: (for 1 cup)
- 50g tapioca boba pearls
How to make:
Bring water to a boil with a ratio of 1:8 (tapioca : water). Add tapioca, stir until they all float on the surface. Cover and simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes (stirring once to make sure nothing sticks at the bottom).
Turn off the heat and leave covered for another 15 minutes. Then strain and soak in cold water for a while, and then strain again. Put tapioca into a container until ready to use, add liquid brown sugar/ palm sugar to sweeten.
Brown sugar coffee recipe:
- Espresso 1 shot (I use 20ml)
- Liquid brown sugar/ palm sugar 15-20ml
- Ice cube 100g
- Milk 150ml
How to make: mix the sugar with espresso, then all you have to do is pour the rest in order just like in this video.
