    Gram flour/ besan 1 cup
    1 small onion finely chopped
    green chilli paste to taste or 1/2 tsp
    roasted and crushed cumin & coriander 1 tsp
    salt to taste or 1/2 tsp
    red chilli powder to taste or 1/2 tsp
    dry fenugreek leaves crushed
    turmeric 1/2 tsp
    Carom seeds/ Ajwain 1/4 tsp
    Fresh coriander 2 tbsp chopped
    Water as per need
