Thanks for posting this. I first played this game about 11 years ago from this date (Easter 2004) at my cousins and just fell in love with this awesome game. I went out and bought it for myself a day, week, month, or so later.
Just don't give his (Lockhart's) job (Defense Against the Dark Arts) to professor Snape.. He's too uh...valuable as a potions teacher. Lol meanwhile 4 games later (Half-Blood Prince)
Thanks a lot for these videos. This game is perfect and I love it so much (I finished it after a couple years once more just on Friday). I just watched all 16 of them at double speed and it felt so satisfying. I wonder how many times have you played it before, you know of every single secret in there and much more. Just wow.
Lockhart is on the Ravenclaw stage because Lockhart was a Ravenclaw student (Rowling confirmed his origins on Pottermore). But yeah, I think some students foolishly told him that he used to be a Quidditch star at Hogwarts (I doubt Lockhart was on the Ravenclaw Quidditch team during his time as a Hogwarts student).
Anyone else besides me wish that the 101 Wizard Cards in this PC Game were real collector's items, in which all 101 would be available to purchase and trade amongst others. For me, my favorite Wizard Card is #19 Newt Scamander (22:09).
+zelgadis115 I know the Gryffindor Secret Challenge is optional, but did you not find it necessary for the walkthrough though. I wanted to see you play it, but sadly you have to be in debug mode to access this as far as I know. I did enjoy this walkthrough though despite no commentary. I figured towards the end before Harry faces the Basilisk, they meant to make that secret by the gargoyle (area of light wall) count as a secret to make it 4/4 secrets, not 3/4 secrets. I don't know the main reason behind that though.
From your comment in an earlier video I thought there’s gonna be another bean bonus room! 🤣 or did you mean the one after the spongify challenge, because I think that was the one collecting the secrets before that.
@@zelgadis115 Haha yeah, I think you were just joking about the unlimited time in the bonus room, right? I thought we might get that after winning the house cup lol. I think my game also glitched once and the bonus room was about two seconds. :(
I find hovering just above the snitch helps, and if the bar is not filling up, changing the angle should do the trick. The bar fills up much faster with Nimbus 2001 ofcourse, and just keep spamming right mouse button whenever oponent seeker appears, to knock them out of the way
To be honest, for me this franchise ended with the Prisoner of Azkaban game. The first 3 games were unique and brought a lot of insight into the HP universe on their own. Later installments tried to copy the movies too hard, and for me that ruined the atmosphere, and the gameplay wasn't great either. So sadly, Prisoner of Azkaban is actually where I'm finished with HP video games...
@@zelgadis115 These older Harry Potter games were puzzle/platform games in the vein of Legend of Zelda. Later games turned into first-person shooters with wands instead of guns. That killed the spirit for me.
So nice of Lockhart to come for the Quidditch Cup ceremony even after losing his memory!
15:59 barely escape disqualification but still second lol

When I was in a childhood, I used to play this game, designed by EA, Electronic Arts Inc.

You could have just cast Alohomora in the painting, instead spending time casting Skurge on "climbings or something" (in 4:46).
15:38 not very often hufflepuff wasn’t last !
I love how Bertie Bott's card laughs
I played this in 2003 when i was 10 yrs old and this is def one of the best games played by then; along with pokemon red version

Greatest game to ever be made❤❤❤

The one after the Spongify challenge is the last one :) Rule of a thumb is Bean Bonus Room unlocks whenever Harry learns a new spell

You say being the Boy who Lived is no achievement for a wizard card. So dying of dragon pox is? (Chauncey Oldridge #38)
PC and PS1 were different gameplay, right? I beat HP2 on PS1, but I watched gameplay for PC didn't like PS1 version.
What are the tips & tactics required to win Quidditch please?

Fun Fact: this game have a bad ending if you are second in the house cup
Really? Was always in the 1st place so never was aware
you should do harry potter and the goblet of fire next

what about other games based off of movies like lotr
@@zelgadis115 I agree with you on that for the most part, i still think the 6th one- The Half-Blood Prince was really good!
