Mikey, your Shoeless Joe Jackson is super cool and looks 10 times better than the "A" on eBay right now for $9800 o.b.o.! WOW! So glad you were able to get one of those back! Another awesome video, my friend! I think my only "rare" cards would be a 1922 American Caramel Bob Meusel in a PSA 2 and a 1947 Bonds Bread Johnny Lindell in an SGC 2, with the blunted corners which indicates it is from the original printing. 😎👊
The '52 PeeWee is a rare card! I found one in a $5.00 box at a show 5 years ago. I have the Judge Kennesaw Mountain also. It is scarce but not rare. I have a lovely Shoeless Joe Jackson. It is raw but probably a 7. I bought it decades ago when is was not very expensive. By the way: Kennesaw Mountain is around 70 miles from where I live. Terrible Civil War battle there. Also close by was the Battle of Chickamaugua. Was also very bloody. I have all of the rest of the cards you showed except for the Chapman. I started collecting pre-war back in 1980 so many did not cost me the big $'s that they are now!
thats amazing, i can only imagine the civil war battle grounds in the east side, i one day want to visit some areas like that rich part of american history. when i started collecting pre war 15 years ago, it was dirt cheap. nobody cared for it, i can only imagine in the early 80s what prices were then.. sounds like you have a great collection!
this is my advice, for 1 month only.. 1 MONTH! buy nothing but pre war, a card here, card there.. the following month, go later vintage 50s 60s, then another month, do 70s. it helps collecting interesting.. i get my kicks myself, and focus on certain areas that i want or need every month. like right now, im all about the modern stuff lol.. its weird!
lol you can check all those boxes for me. Picked (2) Pre-War T206 & W515-2 Strip Card / Couple Vintage / Several Modern - Guys I know are making the HOF era run. Been on hiatus so when I dive back its like those action movies where they its full on extraction mode🤣@@geezmikey
Awesome Joe Jackson Mikey! I have the Bobby Jones/Rogers Hornsby booklet from that set. What does in say for the title on the SGC Slab. I would like to get mine in plastic. Berk Ross are really cool. Nice Casey Stengel and Waner vintage signed card. The 4 in 1 Exhibits are not easy to find. I found mine at the National, the dealer had it behind his table.
ohh i didnt know there was other players too! the title in the SGC says 1929 stevens-davis co. then under the name says men of america. i hear alot of stories of dealers having cards hidden behind them!
Awesome group of cards here Mikey! I would be thrilled to have any of these in my collection! That Berk Ross Pee Wee is a beauty!
you will one day own that pee wee reese card!
Sweet Joe D....no need to upgrade. I love the mystery of the numbers on the back of the Shoeless Joe.
only 1 person knows what those numbers mean, i wish i can talk to that person!

hahaa not many 7s out there, super rare man in todays age where 8s 9s and 10s are the thing to do!
