Ian & Jennifer, I love your readings. Your readings have played a part in preserving my sanity from unraveling during these ridiculous hysterical times. Thank you, you sweet people.
These last few weeks, I've been listening to the collections on my way to and from work, long trips. This has been my favorite collection so far I think, but they've all been great.
@@thereisnospoon277 -- Well, I guess that means I'm "barely forgotten," as they mention me every upload! Cheers Warren, who is barely forgotten...but still MIA!
I just wanted to say Thank You All at Horrorbabble. Your stories have been helpful alot lately and I really appreciate everyone involved. Thank You Very Much. Blessings and Good Health to you All.
I just finished the first story and that is a knockout! I'll have to wait to watch the others but rest assured, I'm going to listen to every single one!
Thank you for doing these videos on Weird Tales. I have enjoyed everything I've read (and listened to!) but tracking them down across anthology collections is a nightmare.
I loved that first story... it seemed some typical European legend about a spirit, like it could be one of Tolkien's wraiths, but I didn't expect the clear, deep Buddhist theme (although the title could give that away) combined with a clear inspiration from Machiavelli (I can't imagine it's a coincidence three of those names were a large part of _The Prince)..._ That might be my new favorite of your obscure stories you dredged up!
The Last Incarnation, ...have you ever had moisture come to your eyes whilst enjoying a listen during Lunch. Great tale.
Fantastic tale indeed. Redemption comes to mind.
LOVED the Last Incarnation so much!!!!! I am a sucker for a bit of redemption! A fantastically moving reading thanks!!! 🙏🏻💀💕
What a handle! Magnificent! Warren!
Agree. I felt the same way. The ending is really cool and has several possibilities.
I go to bed early to listen to your stories, Thank you
Thank you again Ian and Jennifer! And Mr. Babble too!
right now this channel is one of my few joys in life. thank you, Ian, and Jennifer.
Our pleasure!
I hope you've gained another joy or two since..
May your joy return to you complete! Having said that, I too have found sanctuary here when nowhere else would serve. Peace and joy to you!

Gone, but not forgotten!...Just like me! Cheers Warren, who may be obscure, but not dead!
I think you mean “gone, but barely forgotten” as these stories were just added to the HorrorBabble collection ,and were recently told.

Really enjoying the "forgotten" weird tales series! Lot of real gems here.
I loved Candle light. What a sad and beautiful tale. Thanks for reading Jennifer!

Hang in there Justin, wonders await.
Excellent! Keep up the good work fella and stay safe. These collections are fantastic for dozing off to. Although the dreams ...... ye Gods!
Your kidding!! Of course😜

The first story was very moving.
Thank you for another enjoyable evening HorrorBabble.
Brilliantly read. 🇬🇧
Thanks H'Babble, that was great. The final story "The Parasitic Hand" would be a great Cronenberg film. Body-horror creepy.
How has it taken me so long to find this channel?
Thanks for stopping by, Tess!
It is all that fool Randolph Carter's fault I tell you :)
Oh I know!
Remember it's not a search algorithm... It's an obscuring algorithm...
Thank You another winner!!
I think warning wings will make me second guess every nocturnal visitor I have from now on... 🦋
Warning Wings was touching 💓
Thanks for compiling these 😁
Literature is little appericaited, but it came from stories people told each otjer.
I'm tempted to reply, yes, piles
Thank you !!! :-)

Love this channel. Been listening for almost a year, now its my go to podcast.
Thanks for sticking with us, Calvin!
I love these

Candlelight is so sad, but is reality. We want our loved ones back, but most of us would probably react the same way if one did return.
Awesome! Cant wait to listen!!
BINGING ON SOME OF THESE HALF REMEMBERED YARNS 🦦👍
Thanks!
These are great. So many stories in Project Gutenberg, like these.
Lovely jubbly...on with the tales
They really did write some brilliant tales in the past!! Suppose this was one of few entertainments but what entertainment!!!
The Parasitic Hand!
Oh horrors, but very droll imo too!
Poor Pendleton and the doctor's team! I can imagine the looks on their fearful faces!😟🥸
The last incarnation is almost poetic.
Yesss!
Sorry but hate it when evil always wins!! Gets very depressing! That’s why Canaki the ghost Hunter is so good, he takes on some real horrors!!
“Mom said it’s my turn with the corporeal body!”
Was it Dant’e that said suicides are on the 7th circle of hell?
Journaling. Yes, Absolutely!
Like, (sp?) Kolchak, The Night Stalker, And Bram Stoker's Dracula!
