I am a personal trainer you'll be amazed at how many men ask me to train them to get them fit enough to handle two women because they are cheating. I always refuse and warn them that it will only end up in pain. It always does!

I feel the main thing is "Control/Setting Limitations", which defines the character of any person irrespective of the gender, but unfortunately there's very less number of people who have this strong quality within them! Watching this video was lime reliving my past. My husband went to England for further studies on his subject for five months and I had to stay in Greece with our little daughter and also my work. In that little time he cheated on me with his landlady. His excuse was the same axactly... Feeling alone.. I took him back and I regred it.. We are now divorced... We often make this mistake of not understanding the foundations with which a perosn makes a bonds with you ! In most cases the bond is out of lust, liking and pure pleasure feeling ... NOTHING ELSE !!!....Neither we , understand what and why he/she got along with me nor we try to know what is it that this person can change with or make mistake in !!!...Love is a very pure effort ,action with the intent of liberating and uplifting the one u love....If loneliness , physical pleasure, sex , societal image etc..is your reason to get along with someone, ( marry or gf anything ) then you will at a time , feel lonely again..and hence this vicious cycle of being always in search of completing urself will never end....

As far as I understand, if a man ( or even a woman) truly loves his partner then he would never want to hurt her emotions. No one would ever want to hurt the feelings of the person who they truly love. If someone is getting hurt again and again in a relationship then I believe that the other person is only using this person for some selfish reasons. First of all, a person who truly loves you will never cheat on you and even if the mistake happens and if the person who has cheated is truly repenting his mistake, then he would never ever repeat this mistake after seeing how hurt you are. Don't be too blinded by love. He might be saying that all the other 3 girls still want him back which may not be true. He may be just lying to you so that you would accept him back. You may be his wife, but your value is the same as the other 3 women he had affairs with. Maybe he cheated them also as he is cheating you. There is no gaurantee that he will not cheat you again. I don't think he loves you or even values you. Cheaters never feel any remorse for their wrong deeds. Once a cheater is always a cheater. Don;t take emotional decisions and take a realistic view of that person.
Just imagine, would you ever want to cheat on your husband with some other man. NO, then why is your husband hurting you again and again if he truly loves you. Try to remember, every time he cheated on you, he must have made some lame excuses so that you would accept him back. He told them all infront of me that he loves me and he apologized to all the girls and specially to me. And he is not my husband. But 10 months later I still didn’t get no apology. Yesterday I canceled his immigration procedure and I m ready now to file for divorce . I had been trying so hard to forget & forgive; did so much crazy stuff that I have never done before. Going to therapy every week not helping, medication isn’t helping, I m just still mad 😡
