Not only Bodyshaming, Judging people by their grades is also a crime.

@@tuhinabhattacharya6358 Absolutely. We shouldn't have to discriminate other people, coz they may have known more than us despite they are least graded.

People who think they are smart looking, they always put others down no matter what..
Normally those same people are ugly looking as well but project onto others. I've noticed this as an adult but couldn't as a child. Now if anyone says something to me I'll think what a pathetic sad individual who has nothing better to do than comment on me

People who body shame other people should be put in jail. The children who body shame other children in schools and colleges they should be sent to juvenile and their parents should be jailed with strictest punishment. I have seen people trying to commit suicide due to body shaMing.Yes if charges are found incorrect then the complainant should be punished.
@Vamshi Krishnan yes parents are responsible for each and every activity of their child. It is their teachings , environment in the home which cultivates a child. It's not a rocket science.
@Vamshi Krishnan sir I also wrote that if complaint is found false complainant should be punished
@Vamshi Krishnan parents are fully responsible for their childrens , it may be bad or good anything
Yesss i completely agree body shaming is also a kind of bullying
@Vamshi Krishnan not all but my experience in my family you know my family body shamed me so yeh chiz ghar se hi aati hai agar apke ghar wale apka saath de to koi aap par ungli nai utha sakta so it's my point of view I am not saying that sabke parents ek jaise hote hai 🙂
This is an eye opening video. So many times we see people bullying others because of the way they look, their social status, or the place where they are born. If you are a person witnessing all of that and still choose to stay silent, then you are promoting that for the generations to come. Speak up and stop the bully! It’s brutally toxic.
I wish this is how every employer selected their employees then how beautiful the world be. No one should judge anyone on their looks, size, colour, religion because everyone's hard work and efforts and good characters should matter only ,and that is what brings success and beauty in every successful businesses
Awareness around this topic is much needed. Thank you.
When that girl was crying I was praying to God that she should get the job If I was the manager of the job I would definately offer her a job
The pretty young lady who's defending the bodyshamed girl is a wonderful actress. Her expressions are simply top notch in almost every Nijo's videos I've seen. ❤️❤️

Great message for a society that has double standards at every level! A degree, medal or money doesn’t make you a good human being, but rather an open mind and heart does!! I hope that women in Indian culture are treated with respect, dignity and politeness!
The message aside, they really sent an employee, to see if the recruits would make fun of her? That's like messed up, and kinda degrading to the employee, ngl.
Well, we could consider that part of it was her own idea. As an overweight person myself, I would be glad to be a part of the selection process to ensure quality people to work with. Afterall, if the person who gets hired on can’t handle me bc of looks, why would I want to have to work with them? From my perspective, this would just be a great way to ensure quality coworkers that I will have to interact with.
You got me tears.
Hey, you all are doing a great noble job. God bless you all
For such a good message, you still chose a thin actress in weirdly stuffed sweater for the role of a overweight woman. Was there any reason you couldn't get an actual overweight actress for the role?
You nailed it. That was subconscious for them too
@@vik5999 that's pretty faulty reasoning. Anyways in bollywood fat people don't get many meaningful roles besides being best friend or side character of being butt of a joke. They're actors. And this short has a positive message in the end. I feel not using an actual overweight actress is more of an insult. I guess everybody has different option, I don't speak for any overweight person.
May be she is part of their team and this method best suited to their budgetary needs.

It feels good to see that society is changing its mindset for good.
People judge people on the basis of their looks, financial basis and family. But they should remember that the one they disgrace he /she r the ones who creates the society due to their tolerance .Hats off to such beautiful deserved persons.
People who body shame belong in jail. Its her weight, her body, her wish. He's not maintaining her body. He should mind his own business. I don't understand how a gold medalist failed to learn moral values.
@CyberPunk Warrior fact. Even if there are new reforms, I don't think it'll be implemented practically. Everything is on paper in India.
@Hello Bruh Dude... Freedom of speech doesn't mean you can talk shit just because God has given mouth and voice. You cannot insult people who are fat. Instead giving advice to lose weight in order to stay healthy is a better option. You should know that as a human being.

I have faced this by my own relatives and friends and family.. it hurts that is the only reason for me to study well and shine in life.
Having lived in India and been body shamed and have people make rude remarks has left a life long scar, so much so that now I am wary about indian society. There needs to be a shift in mindset which unfortunately education does not provide. Great video and never judge a book by its cover becasue if appearances mattered in the professional world over talent than governments and corporations would belly up! Great video.
So nice to have people understand that need to treat people as they are... At least some one realizes after watching this.
In real life mean people.....get selected. Nobody cares if you are good human or not. They will think that you are faking the whole "being a good person" thing. In Corporate world they just need employees to get their work done.
It really breaks my heart.
The fact that they were so happy for getting a management position and that he didn't apologise to the lady but to the boss man. Lol
People are known by how they treat others. Their character shows who they are !!
Yes , it's true mostly people are being judged based on their virtual appearance. Thank you for showing the reality.
Harsh truth : Everyone saying this is wrong and the society is fake.
Most of those : Same like that man and fake behavior in real life.
Internal change and realization is needed by all of us.
Watching videos does not mean anything unless
Change begins from self.
True!! They just write things for likes
@@bhawna9769 yeah. Also we don't realise that we may be behaving that bad unless someone criticize. So learning from other's mistakes is also the key to improve ourselves. It may be by watching videos.
True.. Most of the people who comment here are also like the man in the video... They say something and do something
Most people are like this guy in our Society. It's unfortunate & shameful, but true!! And what's worse is when it's a family member doing the body shaming and noone in the family supports the recipient of this because they don't want to disturb the relationship.
Even I suffer from this alot..... In my school life I felt so embarrassed and there were so many awkward moments for me because I look so fat in my school uniform and due to my body shaming I was never happy or eager to attend any of the birthday parties of my friends or to wear any new dress as I knew even though how pretty I looked people will always make fun of my body size and how I looked fat.... But you know what I just don't give the f*** them shit to them.... My body is none of their business 😌😌😌
I can feel the pain.. It's heart breaking. So gys plz don't do bodyshaming. They are dying inside
One gold medal wasted 😂😂

Excellent. I wish lots of this generation parents and teachers watch this for they have a major impact and rile in building a good human. Marks or grades alone does not make a human humble and smart. Excellent content. Keep it going best wishes to the entire team.
Thank you so much Mr. Nijo Johnson yes the world looks in appearance and I understand how this feels....because I have seen it in people 's lives especially one close to me.
The look on his face when they choose the girl
I like the ending that instead of turning that lady's apperance they showed her real talent♥️
There are people in this society who outright insult, ridicule or pass judgement on others and the worst part is when the other person feels hurt and expresses it, they try to gaslight the other person by pretending they were "just joking" and that they lack the capability to handle a simple 'joke'.
If u have won a gold medal and ur manners is bad, then no one needs a person like u.
But if u r a simple person and ur manners is so well then people needs u.
I experienced the same thing because I am underweight....skinny shaming is extremely brutal too... Some people find fat shaming offensive (which it is) but somehow think that it is cool and funny to skinny shame others. Fat shaming and skinny shaming both are disgusting and offensive and these shamers are ought to be in jail. Stop body shaming (both skinny and fat) and try to be a better person.
Yes, skinny shaming also exist.
@Eeshworee Das the same thing happens to me just the other way round...don't worry girl! We are all beautiful in our own ways!!! More power to you!!!!!! AND JUST IGNORE THEM!

This fact is real and reality of the society.Stories are shared but still people repeat this behaviour all time ..
There should be some strict laws against such public shaming
Can you imagine a situation, one's own mother is doing the same to her child??
although the concept of story is definitely the kind and powerful message sent across, but the way it is done really in society is very different, its subtle and its so subtle that people doing it also don't realize/accept that they are discriminating. A more polished interaction would make it an amazing story.
