1st Just keep trading
2nd Just keep buying all ↑ and ↓ on all trading Shop across the game
3rd Only Sell item with ↑↑ on npc
Just keep repeating till hogan satisfied on the amount of Income you earn on trading for what i know is you need to earn like 50k BAQUA on trading for him to join you. happy trading guys

The video does not explain what to do. I have sold over 90k and he still wont join. Some people say you have to sell where he is located, all in one shot, another video a guy sell 200 worth in the shark kingdom, and he joins. I have been at it for hours, i just gave up
its on my description.. you just keep going bro.. its the Profit you had on trades not the total sales.. so you need to trade more. just keep buying the Down and UP things and Just sell it once the shop have DOUBLE UP the item.. its really easy you cant just do it on 1 siting. because its program that you do it on the long run while playing doing trades.. here is the shortcut
BUY = ↑ and ↓
SELL on = ↑↑
you really need 50k INCOME for him to join.. just keep going bro.. if you buy the product even you sell it for a big amount its not counting how much you but it.. the profit you had on that trade so its really small like it only 200- 300 sometimes

Im wondering for all those saying its bugged liked myself have sold so much trader stuff in general its created a debt so to speak. Where he needs +$50,000 i may have sold into the -balance selling so much shit.
if you having negative and having debt means you are not earning.. sadly no there is nothing to check how much you earn but Hogan npc change his reply once you reach half of Target income.. you may notice it.. just keep on selling because you cant do it on 1 run.. you need alot of refresh on the market to able to finish it.. just keep trading buying down items and just sell it once its double UP UP..
Das muss doch verbuggt sein. Ich glaube jedes Mal wenn man ihn anspricht, wird der Wert auf Null gesetzt. Er antwortet mir immer , oh du hast ja noch gar nicht richtig angefangen. ja, viele Leute haben diesen Fehler und Probleme, diesen Helden zu bekommen. Hast du dein Spiel aktualisiert? Ich denke, die meisten Fehler sind behoben. Benutzt du die Game Pass-Version?

@@Rbz_Gaming_Channel Bought all the Stuff that cost 700 or higher. Many of them like 10 Diamonds and the Art Picture 30 Units. Then i did a whole run to all citys and solld all this stuff with Blue Arrow high. After that i talked with him and got him. I guess the problem is, if i talk to him its always reset! This time i did all the stuff without asking him

its never been bug you need the total.. Income not the price you sell including the one you bough.. trust me brother just keep on tradings.. this recruiting hogan is not for once sitting they design that the accumulated trades while your playing is the key.. so it much take longer.. you really need 50k INCOME for him to join you.. again not including the once you bought only counted the trading profit

It’s bugged, I had him praising me how much profit I made that I thought I beat it the challenge. I stepped out of the town not even teleporting anywhere or going into battle, stepped back into port and it was like he never spoke to me. I did all the selling in port, about 70,000+ in profit from from mass buying spree after two story missions. It completely cleared my progress and went back telling me I got nothing in baqua sales
@@dizzyrocket8 i try it again and still working.. you just need keep selling and trading it took me alot of time too to get him.. best way is just progress in the game and keep trading when you can.. sometimes you get the profit wrong.. just keep trading bro it will work just you cant get it on instant hogan was 1 of the last character i got because i got lazy doing tradings

the quest is for the long run and cant be done on single run i sugest you storage all your items and store the item that cant be sell yet.. and recruit nell for extra storage.. you need to play like 10 or 20min for the shop to refresh again.. you need to have 50k Profit in order for him to join not the total sales.. the profit on those trades
